Living Life Like A Normal College Student

The next day or so has been quite silent. I have not made any contact with Rose for the past few days since the day I rushed her to the hospital. These days are by far the best days of my college life. No psychopaths, no violence, no weird encounters. Just like how it's supposed to be.

My college freshman life has been quite nice actually although I come to campus at nighttime only. Still, there are a lot of things to enjoy on campus even during the night. I get to enjoy the breeze, the thrill of walking alone in the dark, and I get to head to the midnight market right after my classes. What more could I ask? Getting night classes wasn't a bad turn of fate after all.

I should say, the only demerit of having night classes is the fact that I have to sleep during the day. I wasn't really a nocturnal person so I struggled quite a lot of times. I had to get my body used to staying awake during the night and then catch up on my sleep during the day. It isn't easy, but it's quite worth the adjustment.

It took me a while to actually notice and realize that I haven't been seeing Miss Psychopath these past few days. I wouldn't say that I am worried, I'm just curious. As I head home, I saw the hospital where I rushed Rose in to and decided to check if she was doing fine. As I go into the assistance desk and ask them if Rose had been discharged, the nurses' reactions were a bit strange. They seemed confused about the name I gave them. The nurse asked me, "Sir, are you sure you are in the right hospital? I'm very sorry but we never had a patient with the name 'Rose Sanchez' before."

I insisted, "She is a freshman college student. I rushed her here just a few days ago." "I'm terribly sorry sir, but we do not have such a record.", the nurse insisted. I ask her to check again, but the result was the same.

That's really strange. Wasn't this the hospital I rushed her into? Wasn't her name Rose Sanchez? What's going on here?
