The Prince's Runaway Bride

Jorick lifted his hand and pointed his finger to the direction of the secret base. He was in a trance.

Wolstan and Roy finally heard it, and they both looked at Jorick's direction. Roy recognized it immediately.

"The lad is being hypnotized. Who's doing that?"

Jorick kept pointing his forefinger in the direction of the secret base and moved it in a circular motion. Roy looked at Jorick's eyes, and they seemed empty. Duke Gordon saw that a portal was opening. Roy followed the direction where the Young Duke was staring and saw the inside of the secret base from the small opening of the portal.

Wolstan could not believe his eyes. He could see the secret base through Jorick's magic. He could not believe that Jorick had such power. Vaughn had explained it to him before that the secret base was concealed by magic, and it was actually located in another dimension.
