27 | Christmas

It was the night before Christmas Eve, Y/N had to go to the living room in the middle of the night because Jin apparently called for an emergency meeting "Wasn't he also the one who said that we had to wake up early tomorrow?" a sleepy Y/N asked Taehyung who woke her up from her peaceful sleep

"Yeah, and apparently, the 'emergency meeting' is also for our activity at Daegu" Taehyung yawned "Jeez, couldn't this be talked about in the morning?" he grunted, when they reached the living room, four boys were in their PJs while Namjoon and Jin were in casual clothes

Jimin was lying down on the sofa, trying his best to stay wide awake while Hoseok and Jungkook were playing a multiplayer game on their phones, and Yoongi was swearing silently because his precious sleep got interrupt "So hyung, do you have any plans on telling us what this meeting is about?" Taehyung raised an eyebrow

"Oh, we'll go shopping, it's for the gift giving that we'll have at Daegu, the mall's empty at this time of the day that is why I told you all to wake up early" Jin smiled, while everyone, except Namjoon, groaned "What?"

"You should've been specific! I thought that waking up early was for the road trip, not shopping" Yoongi grunted "Well, you all know already, so get out of your PJs and let's go shopping! And we'll be on our way to Daegu later you can all sleep at the van by then"

"How about me?" Namjoon raised an eyebrow as he drank some coffee "You'll sleep when we're at the house" Jin replied

The boys went to their respective rooms to change while Y/N stayed at the living room, not noticing that she was alone, she was brought back to reality when someone hit her head "Yah! Who did that?" She snapped while rubbing her head

"You wouldn't answer my questions so I guessed that you were in a different dimension or something" Jimin shrugged "Since I have your attention, you'll be shopping with me, Taehyung and Jungkook will be joining us, now get ready, the guys are fast" He mentioned and left

'Agh, he could've approached me in a less painful way' Y/N glared at her brother and walked to her bedroom, changing into a comfortable shirt and sweat pants, it's just a mall with limited amount of people right? And she was too lazy to get something else because she might destroy her perfectly organized wardrobe

They all walked to the mall since it wasn't really that far, everyone went on their separate ways once they reached the mal so that they don't ruin the surprise for themselves since the gifts were meant to be kept a secret

"Noona, who did you get?" Jungkook whispered to Y/N while Jimin and Taehyung were chatting about who knows what "Secret" she answered "I haven't really thought of what I should get him" Y/N sighed "If you tell me, then I might know what you could get for that person" Jungkook bunny smile and Y/N thought for a bit "On second thought, I can manage" She snickered which made her friend frown in disappointmment

They walked more, passing by multiple shops, none of their items were that eye-catching anyways "So, kookie, who did you get?" "you're lucky because I'm telling you mine" he frowned "Taehyung hyung, a teddy bear would seem enough, but I think he'll kill me haha"

The four went to Bench for Jimin's gift 'must be Jin' Jungkook, Taehyung, and Y/N thought at once while staring at Jimin who was going through tons of clothes, he didn't seem to like the price of them so he switched to another side, in the end, Jimin bought a thick dark blue jacket and a necktie

Taehyung told the three that he wants to keep his gift a secret, which made Jimin scoff and Y/N curious, he told them that they should meet at a bookstore and brought Jungkook with him. "Let me guess, you got Yoongi hyung?" Y/N shook her head "Namjoon hyung? Me? No? Uh, just say, you look like you'll be buying that person some ballpens" Jimin earned a smack on the head "I want to keep it a secret, now, is there a shop here that sells video games or anything related to it?"

Jimin brought Y/N to what a gamer would refer to as 'heaven'. It had all the new and old games, small and big figures could be seen everywhere, you could buy the first game consoles there, headphones, mouses, and many more could be bought "If it's Jin that you got, I suggest Mario, Jungkook, Overwatch, and Hoseok hyung would play any game as long as it doesn't have any jumpscares, and if you got me, the latest version of Call Of Duty is enough" Y/N rolled her eyes and looked around while Jimin waited by the entrance of the store. 'What should I get? Maybe a figure and game would be okay' Y/N thought, she got at least two games and a medium sized collectible and had it placed inside a paper bag so nobody could know what she bought, she and Jimin went to the meeting place, Taehyung and Jungkook weren't there yet, Y/N went inside the bookstore for a while

She bought a few books, those would serve as a gift for the boys, Y/N just hoped that they would actually read the thing, there were romance novels, fantasy, thrillers, and even horror, when she purchased them, she decided to find a book for herself so she wouldn't get bored on the trip

Unfortunately for her, Jimin called her when she found something that she'd like. At the moment, Jungkook was the only one who didn't buy anything yet "That seems to be a lot Taehyung" Jimin noticed the paper bag Taehyung was holding that looked heavy "Whoever you got must be very lucky" Taehyung just shrugged at his statement

Jungkook had to go inside several stores before choosing a gift that he thinks whoever-he-got would like. The eight met eachother at the main entrance of the mall, the one who had the least things to carry was Yoongi, because he wasn't carrying anything at all, he gave his paper bag to Hoseok who didn't mind carrying a bunch of things. They all went back to the Park house and prepared their things for the trip

It took less than an hour, and they all were able to leave the house by 4:00am, Y/N just used her phone most of the time, she was in between Jungkook and Jimin, they sat at the back area while Taehyung, Hoseok, and Yoongi were at the middle, and the sweet couple, aka, Jin and Namjoon, were at the front, jamming to songs that kids nowadays wouldn't know about

The trip longer than expected because of the traffic, well, it was the holidays, Jungkook brought a Gameboy so that's what he played with the whole ride, Yoongi slept, Taehyung and Hoseok chatted with eachother while Jimin kept on bothering Y/N , and Jin would just comment about random things that he saw at the road to Namjoon, who just nods while driving

Y/N liked to listen to songs because it helps her sleep for some reason, but of course, her very kind brother wouldn't let her sleep because he'll just get bored getting bored is boring 'What the heck is wrong with Jimin' Y/N thought while she just had a surprisingly normal conversation with her brother

After a few hours, the eight finally reached their destination, which was Taehyung's house, it was closer than Yoongi's, that's why they all decided that they'll stay there, and apparently, everyone (except Y/N) has seen Yoongi's house already

"My parents are out, the only ones here are my siblings and Yeontan" Taehyung mentioned as they entered his house, there was a beautiful garden in the front yard and the house looked very big from the outside "There's a farm in the back, that's why we don't need to buy at the grocery store" he stated and placed his things in a room "Uhh, this house isn't very big, sorry about that, Two will need to share a room" Namjoon and Jin raised their hands

"Wow that's a first, what are you two up to?" Hoseok raised an eye at the two who just sent him death glares, they all placed down their things at the living room, then they heard someone going down the stairs, then someone jumped unto Taehyung all of a sudden, it was a boy

"Jeonggyu! Ugh, great, Taehyung will get mad at us again" A girl appeared and ran towards the boy who fell on top of Taehyung "Sorry bro , this is not part of the plan, and great we look like weirdos" She forcibly pulled up the boy whose name was Jeonggyu and helped Taehyung stand up "It's okay, a simple hello would be nice" He laughed

He saw his friends look at him, as if they were asking if he'll introduce them to his siblings "Oh, uhm, guys, this is Jeonggyu and Eonjin, they're twins and have a lot of similarities, they'e a few years younger than us and Y/N, and you two, these are my friends, Namjoon, Jin, Yoongi, Hoseok, Jimin, Jungkook, and Y/N" Eonjin's face became surprised for a bit "Huh? Y/N unnie? Yah! She's your-"

"Oh right, where is Yeontan?" The twins looked at eachother, that was the first time their big brother interrupted or ignored what they said, but they had no choice but to answer, he must have a good reason right? "Wait, I'll get him" Jeonggyu excused himself and headed towards the second floor of the Kim Household

Y/N noticed the confused look at Jeonggyu and Eonjin's faces, while Jeonggyu was walking pass by them, she caught his attention "Uhm, Jeonggyu, I hope you don't mind if I ask why you and your sister sent Taehyung a weird look?" "Noona, come with me" He said , no one noticed the two talking because they were fixing their things. She went with Jeonggyu to the second floor "Didn't you notice hyung? It was kinda weird since he avoided the subject, and it was about you!" "Why would it be weird if he avoided that?" "You're hyung's girlfriend remember? The one who he loves a lot? The one who's always in his mind? Me and Eonjin basically know your attitude because you're the only one he talks about when we call him" Y/N stopped, she remembered that she looks a bit like taehyung's first love

Maybe they just mistaken her for Taehyung's ex, but, for sure, they knew the name, so , would it still be coincidental if she and whoever the girl is, had the same name? "Uhm, I'm not his girlfriend, he's my teacher, and that would be illegal if we had a relationship, have you seen your brother's girlfriend before?"

"No, but I'm sure that it's you because of the voice" Jeonggyu muttered, he and Y/N walked to different rooms because they couldn't see Yeontan in the past few ones

"Hyung! How are you at Busan? Eonjin and I miss you already, well, I need gifts, hehe" Jeonggyu smiled but then he heard the voice of someone unfamiliar "Yah! Who are you?! If you're a thief who stole my hyung's phone-" Jeonggyu warned darkly but heard laughs on the other end

"relax, That's Y/N, my girlfriend, she was busy playing with my phone, sorry about that, what did you say?" Taehyung asked "Uhh, nothing, by the way, how come you never told us about her?" "I wasn't aware that you're suddenly interested in my love life" Taehyung said coolly "Hyung!!" "Haha okay, Y/N, talk with my brother and Jeonggyu, call Eonjin" The younger followed his brother's orders

Jeonggyu and Eonjin had fun talking with Y/N especially since she had a bright attitude, they even felt like she treated them as her own siblings, she would tell them stories about her and Taehyung's crazy doings, sadly, they didn't get to talk that much because she explained that no one really knows about her and Taehyung's relationship and the two would be dead to Jimin and maybe the whole Park family

Jeonggyu and Eonjin wanted to see Y/N, but Taehyung said one time that she couldn't make her way to Daegu because her family said that she should only stay at Busan that was why they were shocked when a girl who had the same name and voice entered their house, and Taehyung wasn't suddenly all boyfriend-like, they knew their brother too well

"Hyung's hiding something" Jeonggyu muttered "What?" Y/N asked "Nothing, look noona! There's yeontan, that's Taehyung's dog that he left here for a while" he ran to the dog and carried him, "Let's go, Yeontan misses hyung a lot" Yeontan started barking a lot, trying to go near Y/N "Oh, he wants you to carry him" Jeonggyu handed over Yeontan to Y/N

"Aww he's cute" Y/N played with the dog in her hands , she continued playing with Yeontan as she and Jeonggyu went downstairs, there, she spotted Eonjin and Taehyung laughing, she smiled at the two, "Eonjin likes hyung more than me because he's calm while I'm a troublemaker, but she's stuck with me so haha"

"I believe that twins have the strongest bond ever" Y/N replied, Yeontan then jumped out of her arms and ran over to Taehyung "Hey Tannie! Missed me?" Taehyung smiled like a child as he played with his dog, Y/N was instantly reminded of a child

"You should play with Yeontan too, look, he's staring at you" Eonjin stated, Y/N looked at the dog, turns out she's right, did the dog know her or something "Don't worry, me and Jeonggyu will just fix your rooms, go on" Eonjin smiled and walked over to her twin who was helping the boys arranging their stuff

Y/N walked closer to Taehyung and Yeontan, "Hi, I don't really have that much to do and Yeontan's cute so is it okay if I play with him too? Sorry for ruining with your moment" I am so horrible in approaching Y/N mentally facepalmed "I don't mind, it looks like Tannie wants to play with you so why not?" He chuckled, patting the dog's head. Y/N sat beside Taehyung and played with Yeontan

Yeontan was very happy because he got to be reunited with his owners that day

Time flew by quickly, Jin cooked tons of food, while Yoongi and Hoseok bought drinks, they all planned to stay awake till Christmas morning, Y/N and Jungkook walked around the Kim Household with the guidance of Eonjin so that they wouldn't get lost , they both got amazed by the farm at the back of the house , the two played by the swing as they waited for dinner

Taehyung was secretly watching the two, a bit jealous of Jungkook who Y/N seemed to be more comfortable with, he sighed and was about to enter the house again when his siblings blocked him "Uhm, what are you two doing here?" he asked "Hyung, we aren't that oblivious to your actions, something's wrong" Jeonggyu frowned at his older brother "Can you tell us what's happening? That's not how Y/N unnie would talk to you or us" Eonjin stared at Taehyung who just sighed, they had to know sooner or later right? But their curiosity might lead them to asking Y/N about why she's different and that's worse

"Look, many things have happened, but all I'm going to say is that Y/N got into an accident thus, causing her to have amnesia, now, we're not together anymore, I'm her teacher which is really hard for me right now and we don't know where Juhyeon is, I don't want you two to be involved in this that's why I kept my mouth shut" The twins were shocked, Taehyung just told their parents that he'll spend some time in Seoul, but he never mentioned anything about being a teacher and anything about Y/N's problem

"I would appreciate it if you two wouldn't say a word to Y/N, everyone knows, I'm currently working on telling her the truth, maybe sometime this week but not today" He explained, Jeonggyu's face turned serious all of a sudden "Hyung, I don't know who Juhyeon is but you should tell noona the truth already before someone else does it for you" Eonjin nodded in agreement "I promise that I'll tell her while we're still here, go inside now, it's getting dark, dinner will start soon"

"Okay, you call Jungkook hyung and Y/N noona for us" Jeonggyu stated and he went inside the house with Eonjin. One thing that Taehyung loved about the twins is that they are very understanding, they'll support you no matter what, and the thing is that they never went against Taehyung's word "Hey Jungkook! Y/N! It's almost time to eat!" He called, both attentions were caught and they hurriedly ran towards Taehyung's spot

"What did Jin hyung cook?" "Is there some food ready? I'm hungry" "Let's just get inside so you could see for yourself" Jungkook and Y/N shrugged and they followed Taehyung inside the house, it looked amazing, there were so many lights and decorations, Y/N loved the Christmas tree that had different designs on it

"Before we eat, let's do the gift giving!" Jin announced excitedly "Namjoon, you first" namjoon got his gift and gave it to Jin, Jin gave Hoseok, Hoseok gave Yoongi, Yoongi gave Jimin, Jimin gave Namjoon, that was the first round, they all opened and destroyed the gift wraps in a heartbeat

"Yay! A new Mario thing added to my collection! Thanks Monie!"

"Thanks for the speaker hyung! Now I can dance anywhere!"

"You should've picked something blue" "Hehe sorry hyung"

"I do not need growing pills!" Jimin glared at Yoongi who just shrugged and everyone bursted into laughter "I think I got the worst gift" "Your welcome"

"Uhh thanks for the clothes Jimin" "You better not break those hyung"

The second round started by Jin spinning a bottle to see who'd give the remaining gifts first, it landed on Jungkook, he gave a big gift to Taehyung, Taehyung gave a gift to Y/N, he got not so obvious smirks from his friends and siblings when he handed a nicely wrapped gift to her, Y/N gave Jungkook two gifts, and she gave everyone else a gift too

"Aww Y/N you're too kind" Jin fake cried

"I feel so special" Hoseok hugged Y/N's gift

"Good thing I have a real gift" Jimin frowned as he looked at Yoongi

"Jeez, it's just something simple guys" Y/N chuckled, she turned to Jeonggyu and Eonjin "Sorry, I didn't know that Taehyung had siblings, here's some money let's go shopping if we have time" she smiled and went back to her area, the twins seemed cool on the outside, but deep down, they were beyond shocked 'Y/N noona/unnie is still the same! She's still in there!' The twins thought at the same time. they all opened their gifts, Jungkook hugged Y/N when he got a lot of videogames and a book that was entitled '10000 gaming hacks

Taehyung laughed when he got a teddy bear that was wearing Gucci "Thanks for the effort" "No problem hyung"

Y/N's gift was rather heavy, when she opened the gift, it seemed like a whole book series, there were 9 books! "The Four Bad Boys and Me series" she read, it looks like she'll make herself busy "I heard that it's a great seller and it's inspired by the F4, so that's what I got, who knew that they were selling the whole set, hope you like it"

Everyone then opened Y/N's gift, and apparently, it was all books, and it matched their interests! "You are dead to me if I become a bookworm" Jimin mentioned which made Y/N raise an eyebrow "You'll have to get through Yeontan first haha" "Tss, I can defeat that dog anytime" Jimin rolled his eyes

"Hurt him in any way and you're dead to me Park Jimin" Taehyung warned his friend who just chuckled nervously. After appreciating the gifts, and a few chats, they all started to eat when it was 12:00am "Merry Christmas!" They all chorused and ate like there was no tomorrow

It was surely a Christmas that was too good to forget
