A Gods Wrath

We take out, the dark clouds above show signs of rain. We follow the path through the forest coming out into the grass plains.

It starts to rain we pull over to the side the ones on the horses get into the carriages Luke pulls up beside me. "It doesn't look like its letting up if we wait the road will get to muddy."

I nod holding my hand out altering the wheels changing them into skies. "This should work for now-"

Loud haunting screeches come from the woods from behind us. "That doesn't sound good."

I hand the reins to Irina. "You drive I'll watch our 6."

She nods slidding over putting my jacket on I look towards the forest and a thunderous noise grows closer as the trees sway. "Let's go!"

Luke looks back. "What about the horses?"

A few people hop on the horses as we take out Skelton monsters ridding on chariots and reapers flying through the air flatten the trees as the screech while charging towards us.

The carriage jerks forward violently I grab the rail holding myself still. Luke yells. "What's going on?"

I look over at him. "I'll explain later just keep moving."

I start shooting the reapers out of the sky only for more to appear the clouds get darker and a blood moon appears.

The ground rumbles again giant rock monsters tower in the distance behind the wave of undead with massive bolders on their backs.

The 3 of them throw them over their heads in our direction. I jump up hitting the first blowing it to peices I flip over the rubble kicking the second into dust the last one I grab spinning around. "Have it back!"

I throw the massive bolder full force knocking one of them off their feet clearing a path through the undead army leaving a path of molten rock from the speed of the bolder.

I land on the pathway Irina looks back. "Ren!"

I glance back smiling. "Keep going I'll catch up when I'm finished here."

She tears up. "I wont leave you!!"

I hold my hand out binding her to the carriage casting a speed spell increasing their movement speed along with the horses. I hear them call my name one last time before It's drowned out by the growls and cackles from the undead army converging on my location.

I emit a dark plus turning them to dust. I charge towards the rock giants dodging their bolders and smacking them into the hordes of undead to my left and right.

A chain comes out of my hand pulling me up to the Giants as the reapers swipe at me I disconnect the chain hooking it to their chests pulling myself towards them to extract their cores with my right hand.

They drop like flies one after the other. the rock giant claps its hands trying to crush me like a bug. I dodge him barely swinging around his wrists binding his hands together.

I land on his arm aiming at the gem in the center of their foreheads I fire 3 shots but not before one of them throws a bolder towards the others.

I take off running diving off his hands the undead army is gaining on the other's. I do a front flip hitting the ground with a boom vanishing into the wave of undead in a streak of black lightning, turning the undead to ash that stand in my path.

I come up on the other's the bolder hits the ground between the carriages taking chunks out of both sending everyone flying into the air. the undead open their mouths and arms to devour everyone.

My eyes glow gold and crystal versions of me appear in the air next to everyone throwing them through a small portal. I create one for myself jumping through as the carriage reforms into one huge armored bus around us with me in the driver seat I hit the gas passing them all.

The rock giants glow for a moment and spider legs sprout out of their chest. I put the petal to the metal. "Fuck that."

The spiders are massive they hit the ground charging at us with stunning speed. They start spitting webs at us I dodge turning the car as one of its legs slams down in front of us shaking the ground violently.

It swings down one of its mouth pincers coming through the window at Irina. I hold my right hand out catching its pincer the bus moves to the left its other pincer is stabbed into the ground so its stuck. I send an electric shock through its body turning it to ash.

I burn out turning around taking off as the cloud of ash gives us a few minutes to regroup. Luke speaks nervously. "R-Ren your arm."

Blood is coming out of my right arm with gashes all through it from the force of the pincer. "Dont worry about it im fine."

I hold it up showing him as it heals. "Luke im gonna need you to drive."

He shakes his head. "I-I can't I never-"

I turn around letting the car drive itself for a moment I grab his shirt pulling him forward. "Listen to me I have to deal with those fuckin spiders or we're all dead all you need to do is leave your foot on the gas and keep it straight I didn't give you this watch for you to bitch out when things got tough remember who your doing it for."

His eyes go wide with a look of determination he nods. "I'll do it."

I pat the side of his head. "Good job."

I teleport switch us then stand up facing the back he glances back. "What are you gonna do?"

I sigh. "Probably something stupid."

I take off drop kicking the back door off I connect chains to the back of the bus as I fade into the dust. one of the spiders opens its mouth coming out of the ash cloud right behind the bus. I fly right into its mouth manipulating the metal door below me turning it into a serated drill. I aim for its core blow a hold through it the moment it turns to ash I yank myself forward towards the bus using the door as a sled.

I change the shape of the door to make it easier to slide I also attach it to my legs like a snow board the chariot Skeltons come up on ether side of me.

I slide left using the board to slam them into the trees. I let go of the right chain pulling myself over the top of the bus slamming down on the chariot to its right.

Irina look out the back door and forms a barrier around the bus she also shoots the reapers out of the sky with fire blasts. The last spider slams its leg down ontop of the bus the barrier makes it side off towards me.

I let go of the chain looking up its pincers are coming right at me. I drop back at the last second as its pincers slice off the tip of the board I touch the bottom of its head blowing its body away with a dark pulse.

I flip forward Luke yells. "Ren Cliff!"

They roll off the side of a cliff I tumble through the air heading for the door I turn attaching a chain to the board changing it back into a door.

I land in the bus rolling backwards landing on Irinas boobs the door reataches perfectly with a clang. I look back at Luke "Flip the silver switch on the steering wheel and honk the horn!"

He does it at the last second thrusters appear on either side of the bus pushing us up fast enough to not slam into the jagged rocks below. we move forward and drop into the water. the bus changes into a speed boat. there was a waterfall further up ahead we traveled a good distance.

The roof vanishes I turn to see the Undead army tumbles down the waterfall. I switch me and luke again taking us down the river out to the ocean. this ocean is in the Cerios territory. I make it a ways out and fog covers the sea behind us a large reaper appears out of the water.

He speaks with a booming voice. "You have done well for an unmarked human but you will not be making it any further than this."

He raises his scythe I get up turning. "Im really getting tired of this."

I hold my left and right hand up my arms get covered in a heavy duty black crystal making large cannons on either side. 14 of the reaper cores load into the slots on both of my arms black lightning arcs from core to core as they charge up.

The boat morphs a bit to stabilize me. I release the shot sending a high powered beam through the center of the reaper a small vortex opens destorying him and sucking the darkness from the sky. a huge crater forms in the water below him. the water was evaporated along with his entire body.

The blast shoved us across the sea like a rocket. we are coming up on the harbor town in the Cerios Kingdom. The crystal cannons crumble to dust and I turn breathing heavily. "God I'm to fat for this shit."

Everyone cheers loudly Irina jumps up hugging me tight.

I sit down in the driver's seat laying my head on the steering wheel. "I'm so glad that's over I need a nap."

Luke speaks from the seat behind me. "We can all rest once we get into town but what's our story gonna be? We can't just show up with the princess can we?"

I sit up. "I already have that covered."

I grab Irina's hand leaning over kissing her forehead she blushes as her hair turns black and her eye's change to gold like mine. "There."

Lukes jaw drops. "Wow that small of a change makes a huge difference."

One of the other guys points at the bandit. "He knows what she looks like can't he just blow our cover we can't walk around with him tied up can we?"

A revolver appears in my hand. "I already have something planned for him."

Everyone looks nervous he panics "P-Please dont kill me! I have a wife and Kid at home I wont tell anyone I promise!"

I open the cylinder loading in a single bullet. "You should know by now pleading doesn't work with me."

Tears fill his eyes I spin the cylinder closing it. "What's your name?"

He stutters trying not to break down. "P-Pate!"

I tap the gun with my finger looking at him. "What got you into this line of work? And does your wife know you do this?"

He quickly responds. "She doesn't! I live in the harbor town we haven't been able to catch any fish lately and the dark guild pays well I told her those guys new of a fishing spot down south and Id be gone for a few days i thought it was a simple drop off job but.... i was wrong Please I need to provide for my family."

I point my gun at him. "I can't let you leave with the knowledge you have it could be troublesome in the future."

He tears up about to plead. "So im gonna give you an option Your memories or your life."

He starts to speak. "You have 3 seconds."

He tries to bide more time I shoot him in the chest. "Time's up."

His eyes shut I get up tossing the gun behind me it vanishes. I hold my hand out over his chest extracting his memories then extracting everything that has to deal with the dark guild and the current situation.

I alter some things putting it back into his chest the rope vanishes I pick him up with one hand tossing him into the water.

Luke starts to speak I hold my hand out slightly Pate bursts awake flailing around. "W-Whats going on!"

I kneel down helping him into the boat with a fake concern. "Hey calm down you're okay we saw your boat get destoryed during that blast."

He sits down grabbing his head. "I remember now I came out with- my crew where are they!?"

I look at him shaking my head he lowers his. "Damnit I knew coming out here was a bad idea, thank you for saving me."

I hold out a storage ring. "Not all is lost I fished this out of a lock box from that ship since you're the only one left I think it should go to you."

He looks in it his eyes tear up. "My god are you sure this is enough fish to feed the town for years."

I nod patting his shoulder. "I have no use for it but in return make me a good meal sometime."

He nods happily I drive us into the harbor. Everyone hops off and the boat vanishes. People from Haylen are down the beach looking at the water fill in the hole that was created far off shore.

Irina grabs onto my arm looking up at me with a smile. "What?"

She leans up kissing my cheek. "Nothing.~"

I sigh following pate down the dock. "Whatever."
