Prince of Ujjain arrival
"What!??", Arjun screamed in complete shock, the maids around them turned their heads to look at him in awe, however Arjun quickly came to his wits and said " How can you fire the head maid " ,now thinking as a personal matter everyone turned eyes away from them to watch the reception.
Hassan was standing just behind Ragini,the chariots ,line of horses arrived with beating of drums and trumpets,beside Ragini Queen Maya,the kings,the princes were all standing with garlands,haldi kumkum(red turmeric) to welcome the future son in law of Irawati family. Royal maids stood in line to sprinkle flowers. From the chariots came out prince Shashank,very tall and handsome,fair,square faced,brown hair,brown eyes,well built body wearing bright colored extravagant dress and golden ornaments of a Prince. No doubt his looks surpassed every other prince,soon all the maids and princesses screamed 'All Hail the Prince of Ujjain, hail Prince Shashank'.
Prince Shashank then held out his hand and holding it stepped down his mother Queen Shusmita in all her extravagant dress, pearl and diamond studded ornaments .A line of beautiful maids followed after them,'All hail the queen and prince of Ujjain',shouted the crowd of Irawati,the Ujjain party then slowly marched forward towards the palace gate,the king welcomed them with open arms,"Long time no see father,I missed you",saying so Shashank hugged the king and touched Queen Maya's feet to seek blessing, the Queens greeted and hugged each other.Then Ragini came forward followed by Hassan and touched Queen Sushmita's feet "Bless you my dear, may lord give you all happiness". Shashank quickly glanced his eye on his future wife,it's years since he saw her, last he saw Ragini,she was only twelve then,she was always beautiful and graceful in his eyes and he was always fond of her,Ragini's beauty has grown to it's fullest like the full moon but there was some soberness in her face,she looked not happy today to Shashank. Although he himself was not happy too,his engagement was suddenly decided and he didn't knew much about Ragini,Shashank didn't like the arranged type of marriage for him.He must know about Ragini during this short stay here.
Surpassing his eye from Ragini he saw Hassan standing behind her.Hassan his bully standing behind the princess of Irawati in bodyguard dress.How did this happen?Shashank was in complete shock...He always bullied and sometimes made fights with Hassan because this guy Never bowed to his dominance.Every one in the martial arts school including other princes knew how popular and rich prince he is and always surrounded him,oiled him but this poor farmer boy never did that,hardly greeted him,and payed this prince no attention.
