After Shirou knew about what Goku races is, he decide that he will reinforce his body to be like a Saiyan. But of course he will doing it moderately and slowly like what Zelretch told him to do. Because he did not want to kill himself.

Right now what Shirou want to do is, waiting for Goku to be wake up. And then asking him to bring him to the closest city, because he did not want to sleep in the forest.
