She's...

After a series of spurting blood, fainting and intense pain from when she was little she's now officially free from the toxic poison that has been the dark side of her life. The moment she woke up after that day and when Caleb told her there's no more poison inside her body, she feels like she's been given a new life. Ever since then, she start to work again after she begged Cole a couple of times. Her life start to become fun and full of excitement again. She didn't hold herself back any longer whenever she wanted to do something. It was a new chapter in her life. But the only thing that annoyed her is her husband is still treating her like she's fragile. And he would always come home late causing her to always miss the chance to seduce him. Yes, seduce him. She's eager to start a family with him but seeing how hectic his days have been, she didn't have the heart to discuss about it. Now, she's sitting in her office sulking away while Zeus was trying his hardest to make her pay attention to his report. He's been repeating everything for the third time already but Aurora's head just seem to be in other part of the world. This time, he's not sure if she was listening or not. He finished rounding up the summary of his report and waited for Aurora's next order. The sound of her finger tapping on the table filled the quiet office. Ten minutes pass by and she's still not saying anything. Zeus was getting restless. His guts is telling him that whatever Aurora says next will bring him trouble. He might as well excuse himself before he does end up in trouble. He was just about to mive when Aurora finally spoke up. His heart sunk.

"I'm heading home. I leave the rest for you to handle." She said while standing and only bringing her phone with her. Zeus was flabbergasted. It sounds normal for other people. But this is Aurora. Plus she was acting very differently and it's early in the morning. Where people just start working and he just finish his report. He stopped Aurora in her track.

"Where are you going?" He seems flustered.

"I told you, i'm heading home." she said as she push Zeus to the side trying to open the door. He hold onto the knob like holding onto his dear life. His guts is telling him otherwise. She trying to run away. Although he doesn't know why but he's not going to let her leave easily.

"But you just got here. Why are you heading home now?"

Aurora puffed up her cheek and push him to the side again. Wrestling the knob away from him. When he still wouldn't let go, she finalky kick him on his knee and he yelp in pain. She took that moment to open the door as he chase after her. The secretary who was working on the same level, was surprised to see such a scene. They've always known the duo to be a cold and ruthless person. But today, they saw Zeus was chasing after their boss and their boss was avoiding Zeus. They stood in front of the elevator and both of them start another round of 'wrestling'.

"Damn it Aurora!!! Cole will kill me if run away. Derek!!! Help me." He tries to hold onto the elevator door. Blocking Aurora from entering it. Derek who's usually in the shadow, shows up and couldn't decide which side he should take. He was supposed to guard Aurora but hearing that Aurora wanted to run away and thinking they're going to be slaughter by Cole led him to side with Zeus. Aurora who saw that situation squint her eyes with evilness.

"You both think you could stop me?" With strength that she don't usually show, she easily flipped Derek to the side and kick him in the abdomen making him puke. Zeus on the other end was punch in the stomach and thrown to the wall. Both were stupidfied. They never see this side of hers even though they've been together for years. Aurora who's safely inside the elevator only smirk leaving them groan in pain and fainted. That is the last time anyone saw Aurora before she went missing.

Zeus was the first one to gain conscious when the staff there splash a bit of water on his face. He sat up and hiss in pain. He remembered Aurora punch him. It hurt like hell. Between Cole and Aurora, he would rather be punch by Cole. He didn't know Aurora had this side of her. And when he remembers the time she showed up in front of them years ago saving them, he should have known she was not so simple. Derek's groaning brought him back to the present. He quickly took out his phone and call Cole. Only Cole can get to Aurora or find her somehow.

"Speak." The cold overbearing voice from the other end made him shivers.

"She's... she ran away."
