Spill the beans

After one beer followed the second one, and soon the third and fourth. In the end, all three of them were a little bit drunk.

The mood had lightened and they were happily chatting.

"Let´s play a round of truth or dare," Liam suggested while wiggling with his eyebrows.

"Okay." Eira chimed in.

"Ughh, seriously. I don´t want to." George mumbled.

"Don´t be like that. Come on. It´s just a harmless game." Liam said.

George nodded hesitantly still not fond of the idea.

"Alright, I´ll say ladies first. So let Eira be the first to ask." Liam suggested. George nodded in agreement.

Eira spun the bottle and it landed on Liam.

"Alright, Liam. Truth or dare?" She asked him smirking.

"I am lazy so I´ll say truth." Liam laughed.

Eira nodded. "Then tell me. Where did you get your IT skills? Because seriously you are too good for your own good."

Liam hesitated to answer. "It´s difficult to answer."

"Come on, man. You suggested this game. Answer or drink." George rolled his eyes.

"I´ve learned it from some guy in Finland when I was there studying. Now my turn." Liam quickly took the bottle leaving no room for other questions or objections.

The bottle spun and landed on George.

"Okay, Mr. Henning. I believe you will also take truth." George nodded. So he continued. "You as a known playboy must have quite some girlfriends. How many did you have?" Liam asked.

George thought for a while.

"You want me to count all my girlfriends? Even those who just cling to me?" He asked.

"Okay, let´s specify this. Only the girlfriends you were together for a longer amount of time than a day and who you had feelings for." Liam said.

"Then it´s two," George answered without batting with his eyes.

Liam nodded. "Alright next."

George spun the bottle and it landed on Liam again.

"Do you have a girlfriend right now? Or anyone in mind?" He asked while looking at him sharply.

Liam grinned and answered without hesitation. "I don´t have a girlfriend right now. I am still looking for the right one."

"You didn´t answer the other question." George pointed out.

"You are only allowed to ask one question." Liam retorted smugly.

"Fine. Next." George let that question go.

It was now Liam´s turn to spin the bottle. This time it landed on Eira.

"Ah, finally. Miss Morgan. Truth or dare." He asked her.

"I´ll take truth too. It´s no use to take dare." She said.

"Okay. With whom did you have your first kiss." Liam smirked.

Eira froze at his question. She looked at Liam then at George. Both of them looked at her expectant for her answer.

Her hand shot to her beer as she wanted to take her punishment rather than answering. Liam stopped her.

"Come one. Don´t avoid it. Tell me. Who was it?" He wiggled his brows while grinning at her.

"I can´t tell you that." Eira cut him short and tried to take her beer away from him.

"No-oo. Don´t spoil the fun. We want to know you better, right Mr. Henning?" Liam looked at George for support. George just nodded in response.

"Guys, seriously. I am your boss. This is going very personal." Eira refused.

"Just do it already." George sighed.

Eira looked unsure and looked at George. Liam noticed it and realization hit him. George didn´t notice that and just looked at Eira waiting for her answer.

"Oh, I know it. You don´t have to say it." Liam grinned. Eira blushed a bit.

"See I told you. It´s something I rather not answer."

Still clueless George looked between them. "Who? What did I miss?"

Liam laughed. "Dude. You are so clueless. I think it´s late. Let´s go home." He quickly changed the subject for the sake of Eira herself.

Eira nodded in relief that Liam didn´t push the matter further. George also agreed.

Because they had drunk a lot they had to take a cab. To be more precise, Liam took one with Eira and George took another one because they lived in different areas of the city. With a wave, Liam put Eira in the cab and also went next to her. George ruffled his hair while looking after them.

He went into the cab and drove home. There he took out a bottle of wine and continued to drink until it was empty.

His mind got foggy and soon he nodded off in front of the couch.

Liam brought Eira safely home and went back to his own home.

But before he was out of sight he turned around and walked back to Eira.

"I have to say this. I am shipping you guys. Why not go out? It´s obvious that there is something going on between you." He grinned. In his excitement, he swayed from right to left and waited for Eira´s reply.

"It was just once. I don´t start romance at the office. There is nothing going on between us. You are drunk. Now go home." Eira shooed him away.

Liam just laughed vehemently and leaned against a wall.

"You are clueless too. I´ll show it to you. I am your friend now, am I?" He said.

Eira was really tired now so she didn´t want to argue much. "Yes, yes. You are my friend. Now go home. Tomorrow is still a day." She pushed Liam lightly and a just gave in and fell down.

Her eyes shook wide open in shock.

"Are you okay? I didn´t push you that hard, didn´t I?"

Liam laid on the ground and couldn´t stop to laugh.

"No, I am fine. But maybe I can´t walk home anymore." He giggled.

Eira sighed and tried to help him stand up.

"Ok, come on. You can sleep on my couch for now. Come on. Stand up." She grabbed his hand and pulled him up. But he didn´t budge.

"Nooooo. I just sleep here. It´s comfy." Liam pouted.

"Liam Scott. Stand up. It´s not good to stay here. Come on. I´ll give you tomorrow yummy breakfast." Eira tried to lure him.

At the mention of food, he slowly stood up and followed her in.

Eira opened the door for him and showed him his sleeping place.

"You could sleep in my dad´s room if you like. It´s just that I didn´t change a lot since he is gone so..." Eira stopped finishing her sentence.

Liam fell down on the couch and wiggled into the blanket she had given him.

"It´s fine. This is comfy. Thanks and goodnight." Liam mumbled and soon started to snore lightly.

Eira chuckled and also went to bed.
