"Feel the wrath of my fury. Feel the pain of my sorrows. Let these flowers bloom out of my despair and hatred; let my power run free with my shouts and cries! This is my call, my dance to victory. I wield the Spear of the Valkyries, for I am the Spearman of the Arks!" announced Rina.
The Flower Mage's emblem shone brightly at the back of her right hand, causing her Elemental Aura and Energy to soar through the skies. Pink flower petals flew around the standing Spearman as she went into her proper form.
The Butterfly Girl's fuchsia wings started to glow in shades of purple and pink as her hair changed from black to pink and her eyes turned brown to purple. Bedivere backed away in fear and awe, finally realizing that Rina wasn't a human Mage... She was a Pure Mage!
That means the stakes are higher now than ever before... If Bedivere gets her to join their side, the King would've got a proper Mage to fight by her side! Merlin wasn't going to be great for combat, so they were looking for Pure Mages to protect their kingdom from unwanted pests.
Wait, did that Flower Mage say she knew of a Valkyrie?! Bedivere felt his head burn as the word flashed across his eyes. How could that thing still be alive?! After all, that happened... So why is she here again?!
"The Valkyries?!" yelled Bedivere as Rina jumped from her spot.
The Flower Mage twirled in the air with her spear, leaving a trail of flower petals from the spear's tail. Rina then threw herself downwards to Bedivere, who was prepared to block the attack with his sword. However, the Butterfly Girl knew that her normal Stages wouldn't be enough...
So she decided to use Tomoe's trick against Bryan during their training.
"Flower Dance; Stages of First and Third, Merge! Rage and Malevolence of Lobelia and Petunia!" yelled Rina as she rushed downwards to Bedivere.
At midway, Rina's spear is divided into several pieces, causing Bedivere to panic and use his fake arm instead. But because he didn't have a proper shield, Rina's spears wounded the Knight's shoulders and legs. And when the spears had contact with a surface, they simultaneously exploded.
But Rina knew that the Knight won't get defeated by small tricks, so she instantly jumped back to engage in combat with him. And the Flower Mage was right as Bedivere emerged from the smoke and clashed with her spear, which had returned to its normal state.
"You know about that Valkyrie? The one who befriended that traitorous fiend?" asked Bedivere as the shockwave of their clash cleared the surface sands.
"I don't know if you are talking about the same person, but yes, I work for a Valkyrie and am trained by another Valkyrie centuries ago. That's why I can overpower you instantly!" yelled the Flower Mage, breaking the clash.
As she did so, Rina lowered herself and unleashed torrent thrusts and strikes toward the unprepared Knight. Even though Bedivere was caught off guard, his memory of a Knight and combatant allowed him to parry the Spearman's attacks.
With one final strike, Rina unleashed the next Stage.
"Flower Dance; Stage Five. Dividing Cyclamen!"
Bedivere smirked as no attack came out from the spear, making him bold enough to charge toward Rina without thinking about any consequences. Rina smiled as she held her spear above her shoulder and prepared to slash the charging Knight.
With a single step, Rina used her free hand to push the spear downwards, forcing a slash onto the Knight but missing his wounded shoulder. Bedivere laughed and was about to kick Rina but found that he was falling backward.
"What?!" shouted Bedivere as he rolled out of the way of Rina's stabbing weapon.
When the Knight got back up, he realized that his whole leg was melting into the sand. Bedivere cursed as he used his sword to hack off his melting leg. Within an instant, the Knight grew back another leg, but it didn't surprise the Flower Mage.
"I had no clue that a Mage was powerful enough to sever my limbs, let alone melt them away. My body isn't human. So small tricks like these won't work on me!" shouted Bedivere, holding his sword above his head.
"You have no way of defeating me, fallen Knight... When will you ever see the power gap between us?" sighed Rina as she prepared her spear again.
"Mavislin Roydon... Now I remember that wretched name..." said Bedivere, allowing his ebony fringe to cover his eyes.
Rina gripped tightly onto her spear upon hearing the Valkyrie's name getting sullied by this worthless scum of-
"She was the one who started everything!" yelled Bedivere, revealing a crazed look with eyes holding nothing but insanity.
