"We fought for the final time, but I fled the scene when she used her Magecraft on me. After that, I went into hiding within the Eastern Forest to see if I could find new hobbies or make another family," replied the Mage of Flowers.
"So you decided to recreate the Knights of the Round Table... Did you know how many problems you've caused for us?!" shouted Bryan, shaking his fists angrily at Merlin.
Ashley wasted no time launching a single bullet toward the enemy. Merlin instinctively used his sword to slice through the shot, only to trigger Ashley's spell. As a result, a considerable waterfall rained down on the poor White Mage.
Merlin quickly dashed about the area while being chased by two Mages.
"Why do I always get chased?!" shouted Merlin.
"Maybe you should rethink your thoughts before asking the obvious! You were the one who caused the King to be blackened and forced the Knights to walk the Earth again!" yelled Bryan, smashing down a tree with his legs.
"The King and his lackeys were too weak to handle the nation of Camelot at their current state... So they needed an extra boost of powers... Besides, you guys are one to talk when you are working with two Dark Mages," protested Merlin as he looked back.
The Mage of Flowers cursed at himself for only having the Arcane Eyes of the Present, not the future, as he narrowly dodged Bryan's superhuman kick. Merlin was forced to roll around the leafy ground to avoid the two attackers and quickly leaped up.
"Don't you bring them into the fray when you were the one guilty of bringing these poor souls back to life! They deserve to be in the afterlife, and you are disturbing their peace! Being forced fed with Darkness isn't the same as being born with it, you numb skull!" roared Bryan.
The Slayer then used all his arm strength to throw a scythe to capture his opponent. However, the thrown blade missed Merlin and got stuck in a tree. The Slayer swung towards Merlin using the other edge to close the gap between him and his opponent.
Merlin was forced to engage in combat with the Slayer, allowing for another clash of weapons.
"Why are you so angry at me when I haven't done anything wrong? Don't you know that I used to be your seniors' friend?" asked Merlin, as the two Mages held down their clash.
"The key phrase over here is 'used to'. Now, you are regarded as an enemy within the Founders' Eyes... I'd watch your tongue if I were you because Mavislin sees you as a person who tricks girls into following you home, only to have them turn into test dummies," growled Bryan.
"Come on... That was so long ago... And besides, I didn't turn those girls into test dummies, nor did I do anything to harm them. Those girls belonged to a brothel next to the Congregation's old Headquarters. So I've got their permission to study their dreams and get some extra food."
"You disgusting pervert! I'm going to send you to the Ends of the World and castrate you!" shouted the Slayer as he smashed his foot down to toss Merlin off balance.
"Hey now... Let's not be hasty with-"
Before Merlin could say anything else, several bullet shots rang out, forcing Merlin to push away Bryan quickly and deal with the flying spells. The Slayer was shocked that Merlin had the power and skill to slice all of the bullets before anyone could touch him.
Unfortunately, the Mage of Flowers thought this was enough fun for the day and stabbed the sword into the ground, causing it to revert to the staff again. The White Mage's Elemental Aura began appearing while bright pink flowers bloomed around Merlin's feet.
"Hear me, from the seas beyond the world, from the tower of Avalon... This is the call of those who passed. These are the flowers that blossom from the one we call Paradise. The blessings of all, the sins of none... And I, the guardian and founder of the Tower Of Avalon decree."
"Once the requirement is met, then you may pass..." chanted Merlin as an emblem of a sakura petal appeared beneath his feet.
The Slayer and Marksman Pillars were alarmed but did not panic as they thought of a plan to subdue the Mage of Flowers. Ashley tossed Bryan a single bullet and nodded at the Slayer, prompting him to use the spell of the stars.
"The offspring of Typhon and Echidna... The serpent who dwells in the Lake Lerna of Argolid. One of the many monsters that guard the entrance to the Underworld... Fear its howl as its breath is filled with venom..." chanted the Slayer as a golden light emitted from his hands.
