"And that shifts to our side, right?" asked Mordred, eager to share her battle against the Knight of the Lake.
"Yes, but I would like to know how having Galahad on our side would benefit us. From what I hear and understand, that Knight is half of what he should be in the legends..." asked Ashley, feeling uncomfortable that another person has joined his paradise.
"First things first, Galahad won't be the same person as the one I fought against because Euphoria restructures the body of its occupants to fit the Valokian Element. That's why your powers have the affinity of Light despite being a Water Mage."
"Another thing to note is that the Knight of Heaven is willing to fight for us. In this large-scale war, we need all the hands we can get. Because after fighting the King, we are not done until all of the dolls, Rogue Mages, and Fabian Brookes is dead and buried."
"With that in mind, do you have any problems with me recruiting Galahad?" demanded Mavislin as a flash of red ran by her eyes.
Everyone shook their heads in fear as the Headmaster sighed and gestured for the twins to share their battle.
"Before they started, I would like to say that their fight took longer than expected because it was difficult to get any information from that wild dog of Camelot. Like Galahad mentioned, Lancelot was no longer the Knight that was told in legends."
"Consumed by his grief and mistakes, the new Lancelot they faced was most likely the closest example we've got for the revived King of Knights. And when I joined in, I had to think twice about continuing the fight because I think it was quite risky," explained Mavislin.
"I never thought such a noble Knight would fall to such an extent... It was as if he was forced to come back, and he chose to use the berserk side of him..." commented the Ankou.
"Yea... But that's my kind of fight... Berserk style, you never know when or what comes next," said Mordred, with a proud grin.
"Don't be too prideful about being spastic in your combat... Overdo it, and it will lead to your downfall," warned Ashley.
"Heh! Until that happens, I will continue to fight with my style. But one more thing about that Knight... He doesn't seem to understand that we were fighting him. He kept charging at us like a mad beast, but the Knight doesn't bother to defend himself," said Mordred, leaning forwards.
"Wait, so you are telling me that this Knight just stood there and took the attacks?" asked Bryan.
"Yea... It was super weird... Like, if I were to strike at him, Lancelot would take it and proceed to swing his sword to impale me instead. Then when we both charged, the Knight also stood there and allowed us to wound him."
"Did he wound you when you were close to him?"
"Yes, at least the Knight tried to. I ducked while Duncan turned and got behind the enemy. But I'm still curious and confused... Is there such a fighting style like that? Moreover, Lancelot in life never had such skills..."
"So why would he know of such drastic and reckless techniques?" questioned the Knight of Rebellion as she spoke her mind.
"Just a Tick ago, you said that berserk fighting style was your niche... Now you are questioning why Lancelot was so reckless?!" asked the Slayer.
"Being reckless and having a berserk style is completely different. Using a berserk fighting style is charging into the battle with full power, not caring if I've got any strength left. I convert all my Elemental Energy into one Elemental Energy burst to get an edge on the opponent."
"Being reckless is going into battle without a brain and not caring if you die or not. At least, when I sense that I'm going to get hit, I would defend myself. I value my life, thank you very much," explained Mordred, leaning backward and folding her arms across her chest.
"You are right but wrong at the same time. I agree that those two styles are very different but judging from the attacks you've mentioned, there's more to it. Your description of the berserk fighting style is right. However, Lancelot's fighting style causes him to get hurt and near the enemy."
"It's a very sacrificial style, but if done right, it would be great for enemies that require a single kill to get them. And because the user would know where the wound would be, it's easier for them to repair it. I'm guessing that Lancelot had healing abilities?" asked the Headmaster.
"I wouldn't say healing... I call it regeneration because we hacked off all four of his limbs, and in the next Tick, the man had four new ones.
