*little Lily around three years old*
In a residence that looked like it was from ancient China a small girl can be seen hugging tightly to a beautiful woman who looked like the embodiment of the Moon. Hair that simmered with little sunlight, so pale that it almost seems to reflect a person's true self. Eyes of gold this woman was Lily's mother.
"Lily it's okay my sweet plum. Your father is just doing what is best for his kind. At least I hope he is."
" But mama he's so mean to you and he makes such scary faces at Lily. I don't like that bad man, mama. Please let's not see him. Lily only cares about mama, Lily only needs mama with her. " tugging on the women's sleeve.
"I know my darling plum. will you do mama a big favor?"
"I'm not a little girl mama!" Lily pouted, stomping her foot.
The beautiful woman chuckled softly, " Oh really now? Good you see that bush over there on the south wall? I need my plum to hide there, and no matter what don't make a sound please. When he leaves run and don't look back ok? I need you to be my big girl."
"Okay mama," the little girl whispered.
Going to hide in the bush her mother told her Lily made sure to cover her mouth for her mom, but her vision was perfectly clear of the main yard.
Black was the only way to describe the man that was her father. Despite his pale skin all light faded in his presence just as black hole eats matter. His existence ate the life around him. Eyes of ebony, same for his hair, nails and lips. Such a color chilled the child of three.
Ice hung in the air the minute the man spoke, "Where is that mutt at? Yui my moon you can't hide her." Pushing my mother into the wall of our house. "She has to die, I can't let that mix breed live. She isn't even mine."
"Hahaha that's funny coming from you Shinu. Who's to say either of use were yours." My mother spit into that monster face, but that was a mistake. A terrible I wish never happened I wanted to scream at what I saw next.
"Ah then die for your love, after all you'll all be in the afterlife soon, if there is one for us."
My mother head rolled to the floor, no blood splayed, just dust, so much dust as my mother smiling face disintegrated into nothingness.
All I heard afterwards was "kill the mutt." and the shuffling of footsteps as the monster walked away.
I ran and ran finding a hole in the wall barely big enough to crawl out I squeezed myself only to fall, and then all I saw was black just like that my fear engulfed me.
