four years now, I don't think you will mess up things now.

went downstairs to his car) my life is dedicated to this job

(Cobra cuts the call and entered his car, kicked it to life)

.....On the Street....

Youngvin is driving to their station but deep in thought that he forgot

he is driving on the road, he maintained a certain speed until he came to a

certain junction where another vehicle was about to cross and him also

crossing, both cars came to an abrupt stop as glances where exchanged

from Cobra to Youngvin. After some seconds, Youngvin apologized as Cobra

went his way and Youngvin his way, without both suspecting anything.

Youngvin reached their station after some minutes' drive. He alighted

from the car, locked the car and went inside the building, he went straight

for the elevator. He stopped on the fourth floor and made for their boss

office. When he got to the office of their boss, he made to open the door but

the door was opened immediately as the man inside came out, saluted

Youngvin and went away. Then Youngvin went into the boss office and took a

seat as he shook hands with the boss. The boss stood up and went to the

coffee machine beside his window and poured two glass of coffee, gave one

to Youngvin as he sipped the other one before sitting down. After a while of

sitting down, he opened his drawer as he fished out a file from the drawer

and pushed it towards Youngvin. He took up the file and opened it, examined

the pictures in it as he took out the photos of Mr. Terry Jackson lying on the

floor as he was killed. He raised up the pictures and asked the boss.

- Youngvin – What's this for?

- Boss – Hope you remember those pictures

- Youngvin – Yes Sir, but am still not cleared on the reason why you are

giving me this

- Boss – (took a sip of his tea) considering your exploit in the last

investigation, which you took part as a sub head, in the death of our

Ambassador. We all decided to give you the lead in this case, even

though you are still a newbie to the old hands in this job, but we found

a potential in you, which we will like you to maximize

- Youngvin – (smiled) am grateful, even though this type of case is

incriminating and dangerous to one's life. But am glad am being given a

chance to lead a case at such a tender age, even as a private detective

- Boss – No need for the long talk, just do your work (pointing to the file)

In that file contains the investigations that has been made so far, so its

gonna aid you in your own investigation. Call us if you need any help.

- Youngvin – Thanks very much (standing up) I will be on my way now; I

have other events to attend to.

- Boss – (stood up and they shook hands) see you later

- Youngvin – Thanks

(Youngvin left the office as he used the elevator and came down to the

floor. When he made to open the door, he heard his name and turned. He

turned and was surprised as he saw a female friend of his whom he

separated from in the police academy when they were posted to different

station after graduation)

- Youngvin – Ooh my God, who am I seeing here

- Lacy – Vin! What are you doing here (as they hugged each other,

Youngvin held her on her shoulder and examined her)

- Youngvin – I should be the one asking you this, cos this is my station

- Lacy – Even as a private detective?

- Youngvin – Yeah, so what are you doing here

- Lacy – I have been transferred here

- Youngvin – Wow, this calls for a celebration

(as he brought down his hands from her shoulder and took her hand, as

they walked out of the station together)
