Du Ai Sha had finally managed to get rid of the board members. She rubbed her forehead tiredly and placed her head at the back of the head rest of her chair. She massaged her aching temples and thought about ways to salvage the situation. Her real father is not contactable at the moment, likely fuming in anger. She could not blame his reaction, if she was to be in his shoes, she would probably acted the same way. Du Wen Hai on the other hand was hanging around her, sighing most of the time, irritating her throughout. She almost took off her shoes to shoo and swat him away.

She thought about his words of marriage alliances with the Han family and merging of business would help them get back up. However, she tried not to entertain the idea because sensed there was a change in the Young Master Han's heart yesterday. Plus she wanted a man who only have eyes for her and last night his eyes wandered off at Ru Ran's retreating figure, she caught him unaware.

Ai Sha pushed those thoughts aside and decided that she will just need to weather this out. She called for an emergency meeting with the head of departments and informed that budgets have to be cut and they brainstormed till exhaustion thinking on projects that can help them recover some ground. She then busied herself by making phone calls trying to curry favours as well as get investments in for the company to stay afloat. These humiliation, these hardship, she will not let it slide. All her life, she never had to beg and now she felt like a begger, begging to be saved.

She will presevere and not let anyone look down on her. Despite feeling dejected and like her world going to crumble any moment, she put on a brave front, facing the disdains and contempt looks on the faces of her employees. Once back home or in the comfort of her office, only then she will break down.

Ru Ran on the other hand has an enjoyable morning, she woke up to a great smell of bacon and eggs served in bed by Ji Yu. They then went for a morning jog to burn the calories she just consumed. Next, she made her way to Teck Guan International. With the massive capital she earned from the sales of her Du Group shares she has even more confident to rebuild Teck Guan International.

Teck Guan International has been around for many years and had been dominating in providing prepacked dim sum to restaurants all over the world. However, in the past years, it can be seen that many other company started to offer the same concept with better taste but at cheaper price causing consumers to look out for other alternatives. The problem with Teck Guan International management were that they were late to detect the rise of these companies and failure to evolve from their traditional mindset.

Ru Ran brimmed with happiness as joy could be seen radiating from her every pore. She loves food, she is a foodie and just enjoy talking about food. Today, she will be presenting a new concept: whatever, wherever and whenever. She wants to open a place for indecisive people who wants to eat good food at an affordable price yet they do not know what to eat. Her aim is start this concept in Country Z before expanding out internationally and the food offered by each branch would be unique to that branch and country's culture and taste.

Customers only need to fill up a simple taste questionnaire on arrival to the restaurant such as allergies and the taste level i.e spicy - mild, moderate or super hot, non spicy and even have a choice for healthy version or health food. The cook will then surprise the customers with a dish to suite their taste bud. It is a huge risk and may need more fine tuning but this is the concept she wanted bring forth to the current food industry and she wants to serve a surprise element. To Ru Ran, good food is a source of happiness and everyone should experience it. On top of it, there is delivery services as to eating anywhere and if the occasion is special, with extra payment, whatever atmosphere can be created wherever, and whenever as well.

The board members were sceptical to her ideas but they did not outright reject it. They gave her 3 months to work on it with a team of people and meanwhile, she had also invested in research and development to upgrade their current product.

Ru Ran levelled her battleground with Ai Sha by managing struggling company. She knows that Ai Sha won't be down in the dump for long but as of now, she has the upper hand in terms of working atmosphere, support and staffs motivation levels.

Ru Ran had to chase off Ji Yu to concentrate at work, she never realised the man could be such a distraction, to herself and as well as the male and female employees. It annoyed her to see them gawking at him. She looked at her watch and smiled because it is nearly 6pm and he is supposed to arrive anytime soon to pick her up.

She heard footsteps and quickly looked up only to see Shin Tong.

"Hi. Ah Ran, it is alright yeah if I call you Ah Ran? Your husband is a meanie! I called him to ask your whereabouts and he refused to let me know. Hmph, I am not lady Shin Tong if I need to depend on him to track a person down. I am glad I found you alone! Let's go and play. I have been wanting to hang out since last night. It is not good to hang out with the boring old man all the time. Too uptight! Too cold. You need someone your age! "

Ru Ran tried her best to signal Shin Tong of a certain someone's arrival but Shin Tong was in a complaining mode hence she missed the signal and the danger coming her way.

" Aaah! Hey hey put me down! You.. You! " Shin Tong shrieked when she suddenly felt herself being lifted in the air.

"Now, now, the two of you, be nice. Ji Yu, ask Darren to put Shin Tong down." said Ru Ran.

Ji Yu signalled his right hand man to put Shin Tong down. Darren obidiently obeyed and received a kick from Shin Tong.

"How dare you! This is for listening to that devil. Treating a lady this way!" Shin Tong lashed out her anger on poor Darren who felt deeply wronged.
