First visit to Gringotts
Chapter 5
We stand there for a moment awkwardly, then he say pointedly and not looking at me "First we will go to gringotts, there are a few things we must clear up Ms.... Snape." I smile, "Umm professor if you want you can call me Selina." But that also make him filch. "Or Selly, people call me Selly" He just nods and we leave with jax following us. When we get to an alley need by, he explains apperation to me and holds out his arm for me to grab and I say "Oh one moment. jax come here!" jax appears and jumps into my arms and my father starts at him "What is that?"
"Oh pardon me, this is jax he is a Nu'wan and he's my farmilure!" I say smiling. He nods ignoring his questions for now and I grab his arm and we disappear.
When we arrive I feel sick but was able to stop myself from tossing my stomach on the ground. jax jumps on my shoulder and shifts invisible. When I calm down my father leads the way to Gringotts.
After we leave the alley we apperated to, I see the Leaky Cauldron, nested between a Muggle bookshop and a record store. Inside the pub, it was dark and shabby, and the rear of the pub opened up onto a chilly walled courtyard with a dustbin, and contains the entrance to both alley ways, by tapping the correct brick in the wall my father walks over to the wall and above the trash can, tapes three up and two across. The wall breaks apart first but forms a large archway opens up in the wall, I gasp. *Reading it has nothing on seeing it* The alley goes for 3 shops on either said then splits and Gringotts is right on that split. The shops we pass Broomstix, Amanuensis Quills, the Apothecary, Eeylops Owl Emporium, Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlour, Flourish and Blotts, and Gambol and Japes Wizarding Joke Shop.
Walking up to Gringotts it is an imposing snow-white multi-storied marble building, that towers over the neighboring shops. A set of white stairs leads up to a set of burnished bronze doors. The doors are flanked by a goblin in a uniform of scarlet and gold. Engraved on these silver doors are the words:
Enter, stranger, but take heed
Of what awaits the sin of greed
For those who take, but do not earn,
Must pay most dearly in their turn.
So if you seek beneath our floors
A treasure that was never yours,
Thief, you have been warned, beware
Of finding more than treasure their.
This is the entrance to Gringotts, and it leads into a small entrance hall and another set of doors. Through these doors, also which is flanked with goblins in armor, is a vast marble hall with long tall counters stretching along its length, with doors leading off to the vault passageways, with around a hundred goblins sitting at them.
I follow my father up to an open goblin, and he says "We need a blood inheritance test." *Ohhh, ok that makes since, he wants proof… I figured he would deny it because his dark mark is getting darker, meaning he knows the dark lord is gaining power.* "We also need to set up an account!" the goblin nods and motions to a nearby goblin, and specks to him in gobbledygook "It seems the potions master has found his bastard child finally. Bring them to Bogrod, he has the account information the mother set up." The second goblin nods and looks at me, I am wide eyed shocked *She set up an account for me, why would she...* both the goblins are looking at me curiously now, but seem to brush it off as a muggle raised child surprised by their looks. "Follow me" says the second goblin and walks away, and we follow.
We walk down a long hallway passing 9 doors the goblin opens a door on the left side, and holds it open for us, the room was wall to wall to ceiling file cabinets with a desk and two comfy chairs in front of it. The goblin behind the desk looked like most goblins short and fair-skinned, he had very long fingers, and dome shaped heads witch has a large bald spot, he also has pointed nose, and pointed ears, he has slanted dark eyes.
After we walk in the goblin who lead us here, follows us in and specks to the goblin behind the desk and we sit down. "Master Snape has brought Ms. Snape in for a blood test and to open an account." Bogrod replied, "You mean Lily J. Potter (née Evans) bastard child? I suppose she is finally the right age thank you Griphook!" *I'm getting sick of this bastard child bullshit! Oh that was Griphook!* Griphook bows to Bogrod and leaves.
Bogrod starts, "Greetings Master Snape, Ms. Snape. Griphook has informed me you need a blood test?" My Father speaks "Yes" Bogrod started digging in his desk drawer that also looks like a file cabinet.
Bogrog pulls out a piece of paper and slide it in my direction, pointing to a quill with no ink near it, he says "Used that blood quill and sign your name at the top!" I nod, stand up, and grab the quill, when I sign I feel no pain. So it probably not the same quill Umbridge useds. My name is red and I known it's my blood and more red words appear under my name all in my hand writing!

*Shit it shows my animagus form!!!* I don't notice my father looking over my shoulder. He takes it from me, and I jump a little, because of his speed. After 5 minutes I cross my legs and look at Bogrog, who is pulling out a couple more files and a small box. *Well shit, that's all out in the open now* I turn to my father and see sadness, shame, anger, and pride pass over his face.
