I'm here to pick you up

"Cut!"  The director shouted after getting the scene that he wanted.  "Alright, that's a wrap! See you all tomorrow."

I bowed at the director after he dismissed us and bowed to all of the staff and artists that were in the set.  "Thank you for your hard work everyone!" I thank them all and started packing up.

"Ae-Ri, pack up the reflectors after you're done with the cameras!  Hurry up we don't have all day waiting for you!" The assistant director, Mr. Choi shouted.

"Yes!  I'm on it!" I shouted and quickly finished with putting the cameras in their cases to avoid damaging it.  Then went on ahead with tidying up the reflectors.

I was so busy cleaning up that I wasn't able to see that Mr. Choi was near me and I had bumped into him.

"Watch where you're going!  If you damage the equipment you won't be able to pay it off even if you work for free!  If you can't do your job right, then you don't need to come to work tomorrow!" He scolded.

"I'm sorry!  I will make sure to be more careful!"  I lowered my head and bowed to him, trying to hold it in.  I just kept repeating to myself just 1 month and 15 days to go.

Thinking that all this misery will end after a month and a half makes me happy!  To be honest, I'm just helping out a friend to cover for her since she is recovering from an injury.  The job is not that hard, I'm doing odd jobs for the production crew and I'm used to carrying heavy stuff and in going back and forth when asked to get something.

The only thing that makes this job unbearable is the assistant director.  I don't know how I offended him but he is always harping at me at how slow I was or say insulting things like 'use your common sense' to comprehend the situation.  Or that my memory is poor and that I lack focus.

Like what hell dude?!  It's a freaking coffee!  How delicate is your taste to have so many complaints about it!?  But I just kept it in, I don't want my friend to not have a job to go back to if I unleashed my temper at this freakin Mr. Choi.

After packing up everything, I walked out to see if I can still catch a ride, but alas, the van had already left.  And the van that has all the equipment has no space to squeeze in. Now I need to run to the bus stop to see if I can still catch it.  I bet it was that d*ckhead that made them leave me behind!

I swear when the 1 month is up I will make sure to get even with him!  I was already planning what pranks I can do to Mr. Choi that I hadn't noticed that the bus had arrived.  I ran waving my hands to the driver so that he won't close the door.

I heaved a sigh of relief when I got on the bus and sat at the empty seat at the back.  I was so tired that I want to sleep but fight through it since I don't want to miss my stop.  Good thing the filming location is within Seoul so it will only take 30 mins to get home by bus.

When I reached my apartment, I was so tired that I just slumped in my bed and didn't even bother changing my clothes.  I made sure that my alarm is set and slept.

********

I made sure that I arrived early at the set and already started with getting their orders for their breakfast.  And as usual that Mr. Choi wouldn't be happy unless he makes me miserable.

"I want a club sandwich but make sure there is no lettuce and no ham and I want my coffee with just one sugar cube and made sure that they use Arabica beans on my coffee.  I don't want the blended ones!" He ordered. Like what the heck?! How will I know if the coffee beans they use are blended ones? All I know is that all coffee beans are blended, are they not?

I didn't make a comment and just nodded my head.  I'll just tell the barista what this knucklehead wants and then let them deal with making the coffee.

I completed writing their orders and made way to the coffee shop that is 2 blocks away from the filming site.

I entered the coffee shop and placed the simple orders and when it came to the order from hell, I gave all the details that jerk gave me and the barista gave me a mocking look.

Great!  Another dipsh*t giving me a 'are you stupid look'!  Arrghh! Just keep calm and think that they are the stupid ones giving me stupid orders!

I sat down near the window while waiting for the orders to be completed.  I was frowning while complaining internally when suddenly some guy sat down at the chair across from me.  My frown deepened even more, like can't I have a break from all the jerks in the world!?

I sharply looked at the guy sitting across me.  "Excuse me? Can't you see this table is occupied?  There are a lot of empty tables around you. Can you get lost and sit somewhere else?!"  I snarkily told him.

He just laughs at what I said.  Looking at him closely, he has fair skin, well, his skin is fairer than mine.  He has soft fluffy hair, cute sparkly eyes that turn into lines when he smiles.  He has thin lips that also turn into a thin line but with his dimples showing it can be cute and attractive.

After he stopped laughing he just kept on smiling, and I can really say that he is really cute.  I know that it's not nice to call a guy cute, but he really is cute! I just stared at him while he just kept on smiling.  It's weird that he kept looking at me at smiling at me like there's a joke I'm not getting.

After a while, it suddenly hit me that he's laughing at me!  What the heck is so funny?! Getting angry again, I leaned on my chair and crossed my arms in front of my chest trying to look intimidating.

"What the heck is so funny shorty?!"  I couldn't help but smile in satisfaction when I saw his smile falters.  But why is it that when he recovered his smile it's somewhat frightening and I feel this need to flee for my life?
