Audrey was a bright girl. She was the introvert among the three of her friends, to the exception of when she is with them.
Audrey studied mass communication in the prestigious university of new Zealand and she worked briefly for a publishing firm after college.
After her marriage to the now successful billionaire Michael Harrington, he had told her to work at home for sometime since the media were all curious to know who the wife of the famous billionaire is. He said that he didn't want her exposed to the media's haunting eye.
Audrey had always wanted to own her own blog but her family will not hear of it. Now that she was no longer under them she seized the opportunity Michael was giving her to be a stay home wife and Journalist.
But, six months into the marriage Audrey wanted to start working again. She was so bored she would play with the devil if he gave her a chance but Michael will hear nothing hear of it.
They have fought and argued about the same issue for so long_ neither of them was willing to listen to the others reasons. It had been one of the major issues in their marriage and it still is.
"You leave work early In the morning and come back late at night and I'm supposed to stay put at home waiting for you to come back home. That's so unfair." Audrey whined.
Michael had come back late again from work, as per usual. He had removed his clothes, taken his bath and was about to sleep when Audrey touched him causing his eyes to fly open.
When he came into the room after he was done having his bath and saw how Audrey sat on the bed with a deep crease on her forehead, he knew that he was Just about to get into another argument with him. But he was too tired from work to indulge her with an argument so he chose to ignore her. But Audrey will not hear of it.
When she wanted to argue with you even the devil could not stop her, and if the devil cannot stop her you ignoring her will definitely amount no gain.
"Audrey please let me sleep." Daniel pleaded. He moved to the end of the bed and rested his head on his hand pretending to be asleep, but Audrey knew better.
"Look Michael you just have to let me work. Please, I'll love to start working. If you love me please let me. " She said softly, resolving to use love instead of nagging to get what she wanted. "Please."
