'Ting~ A species of a lion monster breakthrough to Rank End. As the first monster of the lion species to breakthrough to Rank End, The World rewards all lion monster of Rank 8 and above with intelligence on par with other races. All the newly intelligent lion's children born after this will have the same intelligence as their parents. The World also creates a new continent for the newly intelligent species and as a results this world expands and becomes bigger. The new intelligent species are transfer to the new continent and a new race is born, The Lion'

"This won't cause any problem to us right?" asked King Owen.

"Don't worry. The Lion won't do anything. They need to develop their races more but the other races will surely do something. They will try to expand their territory especially the Demon and Dragon. I've check and the new continent is between the Demon and Dragon continent," said The 1st king and founder of the Fruth Kingdom as well as one of the 5 Rank End of Human Race.

"How long has it been since the last race been born? 7000 years? The Whale are lucky that their new continent is deep underwater. If not, that savage Demon race will invade them without mercy," said The 3rd king.

"I will go meeting that new Rank End," said the 1st king.

"Why so suddenly? Just let them deal this themselves. If all of the new continent fall to the Demon and the Dragon, that Rank End Lion can interfere and he will deal with them themselves," said the 2nd king.

"I just got an order from That Person to form an alliance with The Lion and protect them until they grow stronger," said the 1st King.

All the past king and King Owen fell silent. "Then it can't be help. Do you need me to go with you?" asked the 2nd King.

"I will go by myself," said the 1st king and left the room.

Eplia city Southern Area, Modo Shop.

"Wow, you really did it. First The Whale and now The Lion. You sure The World law won't delete you, right?" said Haruto to an unknown man in his office.

"No. I just give them chance to improve themselves with The System. If they manage to do it, that will be their own effort. I never interfere with their growth," said the unknown man.

"Will you be here long?" asked Haruto.

"No, I already do what I came here for and I'll be going now, I can't leave my post too long," said the unknown man.

"Oh, ok. I thought we will be able to have dinner or something together," said Haruto.

The unknown man smile and said "I'm busy. If you want to have dinner with me, try to reach my level and we can have dinner together many times."

"… You know I can't," said Haruto disappointed.

"You can. You just don't put much effort," said the unknown man.

"… Oh, by the way I met an interesting kid last week. He didn't get 'The One' title but he has special skill like you," said Haruto.

"Really? What's his name? No need, I know already. Well I'm going now," said the unknown man and he vanished instantly.

"You should ask my permission first to read my memories," murmured Haruto.

There were ten Ranks that every living thing in this world can reach. Starting from Rank 0 the lowest rank to Rank 9 the highest rank. For Rank 0, there were still considered to be normal human though they are stronger than normal human. Once they reach Rank 1, they were called Ranker. Ranker life spans were longer than normal human. The higher the rank of a Ranker, the stronger and longer they can live.

However, Rank 9 was not the highest rank that Ranker can reached. Higher than Rank 9 was considered to be special rank. Only few lucky Ranker can reach this rank. The rank above Rank 9 was known as Rank Supreme. Reaching Rank Supreme meant that the ranker will be really strong and they won't die of old age. Due to the huge different of strength between Rank 9 and Rank Supreme, The World create a law that Special Rank Ranker can't fight or kill any Ranker below their rank. If they disobeyed the law, The World will delete them from existence.

Higher than Rank Supreme was Rank End. The highest rank ever known by every living being. Rank End was a really special rank. If someone reached Rank End and he or she was the first of their species to reach the rank, their species will be promoted to a races and gifted with a new continent for their newly born race. As Rank End was a special rank, The World law applied to them too. However, The World law will allow Rank End and Supreme to kill lower rank Ranker if their continent were to be fully conquered by other races.

Eplia City, Southern Area. Ethan House

After getting the notification from The System, Ethan and the other around him fell silent. They actually had no clue what really happen including Ethan but they felt relieve that it's not an attack. The people who got their house collapsed due to the earthquake, tried their hardest to get their belonging from the rubble including Ethan.

"Urgh~ where should we sleep now Gooey, Wafu?" asked Ethan. Ethan looked around him and 90% of buildings around him were now rubble. The buildings and houses that still standing might collapse anytime soon. People faces were filled with despair staring at their collapsed house.

"We're from the Stries Clan. We will be building shelters around here using earth magic and everyone can stay there for the night. Tomorrow, we will be helping cleaning the rubbles and all of you can start rebuilding your house. The 5 great clans will pool in some money for all of you to rebuild your house back. For those who have taken jobs from the guild, the guild said they will cancel the jobs time limit until everything is stable. No adventurer will get punishment if they didn't complete it in time. You will get the notification soon," said the Ranker from the Stries Clan who start moving to build some shelter.

"The Stries Clan is a good clan it seems. I thought they will be stuck up like how nobles usually portrayed in novel that I read before," said Ethan impressed.

Ethan, Gooey and Wafu digging through the rubbles to get their belonging back when suddenly Gooey and Wafu stopped moving. The wind stopped moving and everything went silent. Ethan looked around him and everything froze.

"Not all of them are nice as you thought. Some of them are the same as what the novel you read said,"

Ethan looked behind him and a man with black hair with white t-shirt and white jeans standing behind him. He was the unknown man talking with Haruto earlier. Ethan was surprised and fell on the ground. Ethan's face pale. He got scared. He got a feeling the man in front of him was the one who froze everyone.

"No need to be scared. I'm not a bad guy," said the unknown man.

"Who… are you? What did… you do to… Gooey, Wafu… and everyone here?" asked Ethan with a trembling voice.

"No need to worry. They are all fine. I just stop this world's time so there're all fine," said the unknown man while smiling.

"Then… why can… I move?" asked Ethan again.

"Because I want to meet and see you Ethan," said the unknown man.

Ethan was shocked that the unknown man knew his name.

"Someone I know tell me about you. So, here I am to see you. You're really lucky. You have seven special skills even though you are not 'The One'," said the unknown man.

Ethan was shocked again.

"I will only tell you this, so don't tell anyone else. Only people with 'The One' title can get the special skill… if they are lucky. This is my first time meeting someone who got special skill after the awakening ceremony and that skill use your stats to create more special skills. Oh~ you have cyan shades on your hair before the awakening. That might explain everything," said the unknown man while smiling.

Ethan was dumbfounded with everything he just heard from the unknown man about the special skills connection with 'The One' title and the cyan shades on his hair. He didn't say anything; he just listens to everything the unknown man said.

"You have the potential to reach my level. I will give you some advice and I hope you will become like me. You know, being the only one at that place bored me to death and if you can reach my level, I will have someone I can talk with," said the unknown man.

"Advice?" asked Ethan.

"Your special skills have limit right now. If you want to better the limit of your special skills, conquer a dungeon. The more you conquer the better your limit will be," said the unknown man.

"Thank you for the advice. I will do my best to become stronger," replied Ethan with a determined face. Ethan didn't doubt about what the unknown man said because he had a feeling that the unknown man is not lying.

"You are a good boy. I like you," said the unknown man. "I need to leave now and because I like you, here is a present for you. You will surely love this."

"A present?" asked Ethan.

The unknown man smile and said "Eliya is still alive," the unknown man vanished and a voice appeared in Ethan's mind 'I will be waiting for you'

Time move again but Ethan was not moving.
