Puto Cake (Steamed Cake)

Ingredients:

½ Cup of Alpine Evap Milk

½ Cup Brown Sugar

3 ½ Cup of Water

1 Cup of Hot Cake Mix

Margarine

Helpful Amount of Diced Cheddar Cheese

How To Do:

1. Mix ½ Cup of Evap Milk, ½ Cup of Brown Sugar, 1 Cup of Hot Cake Mix in the mixing bowl.

2. Spread the margarine on the tart steamer cups, and then pour in the mixture of each tart steamer cups.

3. Put small amount diced cheddar cheese on top.

4. On a steaming pan, you may apply 3 ½ cup of water.

5. Steam the mixture prepared on tart steamer cups in 30 - 40 mins. And, it would be cooked.
