½ kg of diced pork liempo

2 cups of soy sauce

1/2 cup of vinegar

1 cup of diced garlic

1 cup of water

How to Do:

1. Sauteed the diced garlic until it is golden brown.

2. Pour in the diced pork liempo and sauteed them on a medium heat fire

3. Pour in the 2 cups of soy sauce and mix it all together.

4. Pour in 1 cup of water and then simmer for 30 mins. When the meat is already cooked, you may serve it.
