Rose Fairy Garden (1)

Leon ride the Dragon to the next stop. It was at Rose Fairy garden, an area of the Nature continent that contaminated beasts of the yellowstar levels.

"At the Rose Fairy garden I should be able to find some good beasts for the Cherry Blossom Tree to devour to grow stronger." Leon thought.

Leon wanted to bury a few corpses of strong nature beasts near the overlooked Cherry Blossom so it could use the energy from their bodies to grow stronger and in turn make the Cherry Blossom Druard grow as well.

Leon landed in the Rose Fairy garden. It was a maze of thorny rose bushed reaching the height of ten meters tall.

"All of you collect as many corpses as you can and bring them to me." Leon said as he summoned the rest of his beasts, "I'll listen to a wish of the one with the most corpses in a day."

The beasts were surprised. The Ifirt and the Chimera disappeared the moment Leon said that. The Ifrit had teleported away while the Chimera had sprinted at a high speed to kill beasts. The Dragon jumped off Leon's neck and transformed into its original body, It had decided to participate as well.

The Griffin flapped its wings and chased after the others. It activated Lighting God's Armor which increased its speed a little in an attempt to catch up with the others.

Ariel looked at the beasts leaving and wasn't particularly interested. The butterfly had ignored Leon and was praising the roses. The Phoenix sat on Leon's head sleeping. These three beasts weren't interested in killing or Leon's 'wish granting' they always got their wishes granted.

Leon picked the Phoenix of his head and was planing on throwing it far away so that it could actually be useful. The Phoenix woke up and looked at Leon with a pleading look. "Why are you holding me so roughly?" its eyes said.

Leon looked at it and couldn't stay angry any longer. He kept it back on his head, "It's still young, if I let it fight it would incinerate the corpses and burn the forest to the ground because of its lack of control. I'll let it sit this one out."

Leon then looked at the Butterfly and thought it was a lost cause. In a field of flowers it could barely concentrate on anything else.

Ariel was floating in her Angel form reading her spell book. She wasn't interested either.

"Ariel come with me." Leon said and started walking to an open area in the maze of rose bushes.

Ariel closed her spell book and flew towards Leon.

"Ariel, I need to know how strong you are to help you grow, So let's have a match." Leon said.

"Are you sure? You aren't strong enough to fight me." Ariel said looking at Leon with her head tilted.

"I know so I'll be fighting you with this guy. So it's a two on one. It's just to know how strong you are nothing to serious." Leon said as he pointed at the Phoenix on his head. "But I want you to go all out, or there won't be a point to this fight."

Ariel didn't really care. She stood twenty meters in front of Leon. They both looked at each other. Leon used the eruption rune and the channelled the power if the phoenix to it to make it stronger. The Phoenix already knew what was happening. Leon had just told it to keep on sleeping but allow him access to its energy.

He used the eruption rune to jump up. The place he jumped idiot from was attacked by four blood swords. In the air he formed a bow and shot five arrows where the angel was. In the same moment he formed a platform of fire energy and kicked behind himself. Ariel appeared behind him and was hit by the kick.

"Predictable." Leon said.

Ariel was hit, however before the kick could do to much damage she had teleported ten meters back. Now both Leon and Ariel stood in the air looking for their next plan of attack.

Ariel started chanting and two spears formed behind her. The spears were made of a blood red mental like substance with golden patterns painted on. The spears were ten times her size as they floated behind her. Their bodies detailed, The head of the spears had a small circular snowflake like part connecting the main triangular blade. The circle had eight blood like crystals float around it. Wight that two near that head growing out and bending to connect with the main blade.

Leon stood back and watched, "That's Fairy Queen's blood spears? You can only form two spears?"

"Yes." Ariel said and the two spears disappeared.

Leon formed to flame swords and at the same time two spears appeared, one behind him and one in front. He put out his flame swords to deflect them, however the spears phased straight through the swords. Leon quickly spun and dodged the spears point, however both of the spears were wider further down and would cut Leon in half.

Leon formed two new flame swords and used them to deflect the spears. The flames were much more majestic this time, Leon held the swords towards the angel and said, "Phoenix flame swords, your spears won't be able to got through these." However the angel as if already expecting him to dodge was holding a blood bow with a arrow pulled back completely.

A small red formation formed on Leon's head and she shot the arrow. Leon moved his head back but the arrow followed. Even as his head moved downwards. Seeing this Leon quickly started chanting. The arrow didn't wait and went straight through his head.

Leon's body broke into flames and disappeared. The Phoenix glued to Leon's head was surprised. It woke up and started flapping its wings but still couldn't fly. As it was about to fall Leon caught it and put it back on his head as he fell from an upside down standing position on to a Fire energy ground.

"I can use Fire Flash with the Phoenix's energy and Flame Heart, but only to a three meter radius."

Ariel formed two blood swords and sprinted to Leon in a step. With force she attacked Leon with the swords. Leon continued to fight back with his own Phoenix flame swords. The angel and Leon fought but she wasn't able to gain the advantage in the fight. Leon was looked at the angel as he held her swords with his, "Disappointing close combat skills." Leon broke the holding and slashed at her.

Ariel as if seeing the next move teleported a hundred meters back. She started casting spells and a circle of Blood swords around her. She continued to chant and another and another formed until three had formed. With the first having ten, second having twenty and third having thirty. Ariel then waved her hand and all the swords moved to attack Leon.

Leon shook his head, "Now your using numbers?"

Leon dodged the net of flying swords. He was like a fish slipping through. He used all limbs and techniques he had to dodge and deflect the swords. After seeing the angel caught up in controlling the swords he found a hole in the formation of swords. He used his leg to kick a sword away then used his other leg to jump on a sword and with the eruption rune he exploded out from an opening in the cage of swords. He was going straight for Ariel.

Ariel wasn't expecting Leon to break free, seeing Leon coming right at her she used instant cast and multi cast to form four blood chains to seal Leon in place. She then instant cast Bloodport and moved back a hundred meters. She formed a blood bow and the arrow and shot it at Leon.

Leon was binded by the chains. He couldn't move however he could use his energy. He also formed a Fire bow and arrow. He used his Dragon blood enhanced body and strength to pull on the chains and bring the arrow and bow together. He pulled the arrow back and shot it at Ariel.

Ariel looked at the flaming arrow with out much care. She waved her hands and two faint red hands appeared. They clasped the arrow between them. With a sizzling sound they evaporated but the arrow had disappeared as well. They had canceled each other out.

Leon thought, "She is efficient at using her energy, she used the least amount of energy to cancel out the arrow."

The blood arrow had already reached his four head. However it couldn't move forward any more. It was stopped by a shield of fire energy that devoured it as well.

Leon nodded and two flaming wings appeared from his back. The wings were sharp, they moved and cut the four chains binding Leon. With this Leon started falling to the ground. Leon With his bow shot arrows at the angel. While she shot arrows back as well. She couldn't use her Absolute Hit Blood arrows anymore, but her aim was still good.

Leon had his feet coat with Lightning, he used lightning step to dance on the ground as he dodged and shot back. He dragged his feet weirdly and didn't go with the best paths for dodging. It took a while for Ariel to notice but it had been to late. Leon drew a circle around the weird pattern he had drown and activated the formation.

Five balls fire formed in the formation and shot at Ariel. The balls were extremely fast. Ariel used Bloodport to dodge all of them. However Leon seemed to have predicted the places she had dodged and shot their as well. After using bloodport three times Ariel dodged all the fire balls. She looked back at Leon.

Leon stood with his hands in front and a small ball of Fire in it. His hands had two acceleration formations spinning. Leon shot the ball of Fire at Ariel. Ariel couldn't even dodge. The ball went straight through her shoulder and blood wing behind her.

Ariel looked at her injury, it was an inch wide hole. She wasn't in pain but felt like she would have to show her last card. The injury quickly healed. The hole closed up as blood filled it up and her skin and wing looked like they hadn't been touched.

"She has reached a higher level of Blood Body." Leon thought.

Ariel waved her hands and started chanting something at an insane speed.

Leon saw this and heard the ancient godly language. He quickly jumped up into the air however Ariel finished chanting as well.

The halo above her head grew larger and larger. It expanded put, as it did, The area in the halo changed, The ground turned to a viscous blood. Behind the angel a formation appeared. It was two meters wide and looked incomplete. The halo grew until an area of five hundred meter radius was transformed into a blood pool.

Leon was In the air and looked at the formation behind Ariel, "The Blood God formation from the blood God's art." Leon nodded, he wanted to see of she could use it.

Ariel looked at Leon, she put one hand out and turned it into a fist as if crushing Leon in it. The blood ground had sprouts of Blood grow out and attack Leon.

Leon dodged and made his way to Ariel, however the blood like tentacles grew more abundant and captured him. When one had grabed the back of his leg, in the instance of him slowing down to break free ten more grabbed on to his body. Soon he was completely covered by blood and locked in a sphere of Blood.

Ariel looked at Leon with her red eyes. She waved her hand to the side as if flicking away everything. The blood halo shrunk back and everything returned back to normal. Leon landed on the floor.

"Well done, You won the match, now I think from it you understand what you are lacking."

"Yes, I see that I need more combat training and spell mastery, I have hundreds of spells but I barely used any and can barely take out the power of my strongest spells."

"That's fine, as for the Fairy Queen's blood spears you should add more holy energy to it, holy energy works well with fairy spells."

"I will." Ariel said as she sat in the air with her spell book. She formed a quill from blood energy and started quickly adding things to it.

Leon nodded, and sat down as well. He had reminded Ariel about the Fairy Queen's blood spears again because it seemed like she had forgotten about it after evolving. They could have been much stronger if she had properly enhanced then.

Leon looked at his hands, they were black with burns because of the Phoenix flames. His body still couldn't handle the flames, even his back had burns all over because of the wings he formed. His insides were fine because of the Allfire Devour rune, The only reason he wasn't bedridden.

Leon started cultivating and healing himself using soul energy. He hadn't gotten the rune he wanted from the pill so he had to use the natural recovery of his body with soul energy to heal himself.
