Camellia gave a subtle nod and walked up the stage. After picking up the mic, she made an even stride towards the front center of the stage.
As she looked at the audience, she saw the doubts in their eyes. Her lips quirked in an elegant way and her voice echoed throughout the hall.
She was no-nonsense. The things she promised to deliver she delivered. Mr. Harold and the people that doubted her at the entrance were amazed by the ideas she proposed.
More importantly, she highlighted their strength and addressed their weaknesses and in the end prepared an outline on where they could improve and how.
At the end of the session, no one was daring enough to question her credibility. Instead, they were racing to ask her opinion on the matter they were having an issue with. Thankfully, she had reserved a tactical meeting afterward as to really tackle the root of the problem the company was facing.
The whole day was spent in a series of meeting. Those who had the chance to be in the same room with Camellia couldn't help but in awe of the vast knowledge she had.
But, they were most impressed with her professionalism. Not only was she easy to talk to but also possessed high tolerance when dealing with those who opinion wasn't on the same length as hers. Amazingly, she was persuasive enough to let them see through the haze that blinded their vision.
In the end, everyone gained something.
"Miss Camellia, today had really enlightened us," Mr. Harold approached Camellia that was now packing her stuff.
"Well, that's the deal," Camellia responded as she picked up her bag. She glanced at her watch and felt relieved to know that she had enough time to reach the airport on time.
Mr. Harold could only smile after listening to her short respond. He had nothing to say as a reply for it was the truth. Their transaction was a win-win situation.
"Indeed, that's our deal. Btw, you're heading to the airport right? How about I ask my assistant to drive you there?" Mr. Harold asked. He didn't want to miss a chance to let the woman owed him something.
"No need. I have my own chaperone," Camellia immediately declined the offer. Upon hearing the rejection, Mr. Harold felt like he had lost something. A bland smile surfaced on his face.
"Then, it's a pleasure to work with you," he spoke and held out his hand for a handshake.
"Sure! See you around, Mr. Harold," Camellia accepted the handshake and bid farewell the moment their hand separated.
Outside the building, a car was already waiting for her. It was the man who received huge tips from Camellia this morning. Seeing the generous lady, the man greeted her in a happy manner.
"Miss Camellia, to the airport right?" the man asked courteously. His eyes were staring at the front mirror and saw the lady's subtle nod to answer his question.
"Then off we go!" the man spoke in an energetic manner. Hearing this, Camellia couldn't help but chortle at his excitement.
She leaned against the leather seat and closed her eyes. Today's event had been a fruitful one and all that attributed to the finding she had about her uncle; Willow Jr.
'I'm one step closer,' she thought as the corner of her right lips curled to a beautiful yet devilish smile.

"Camellia!!!"
From afar, she could hear her name being called. Among the masses of people in front of her, her name plaque could be seen competing against the others and the one who was holding it was a woman in her twenties.
Camellia quickened her steps. The sight of Lenny with her name written on a piece of a board made her embarrassed. Her face was already making all kind of expression that she hoped could make the woman lowered the name plaque. Alas, her jeered was the one she received in return.
"Seriously?" she complained as soon as she reached the spot where her best friend was standing.
"Hehehe, welcome back my love!" Lenny giggled and hugged the woman who clearly was having a grudge against her. She tittered at the sour look on Camellia's face.
"Alright, sorry!" she finally relented and spread her arm for another hug. But, instead of a hug, a pull on her left ear made her shrieked in pretentious pain.
"You do that again and I'll have your name plastered all over the wall of this airport!" Camellia stared at Lenny who was brushing her palm against the ear she had pulled earlier.
Her pouting lips was a funny sight to Camellia's eyes. Still, she needed to remain steadfast so that she could get back to the woman who was the best at making her running out of patience.
"Aye, Camellia, you're a meanie!" Lenny teary eyes met Camellia's deep brown eyes. There were staring at each other for a minute longer before bursting into a peal of laughter. The loudness mess they created attracted a few gazes from the passersby.
"Alright, where's your car? I need a quiet place to make a phone call to that man," Camellia asked as she let Lenny held onto her right hand.
"Hehehe, I'm excited to meet this Charlie. Come, follow me!" Lenny, still hanging onto Camellia's right hand pulled her along towards the elevator.
"My car is in the basement. So, where do we need to meet him?" as if knowing that she was included in the plan, Lenny shamelessly asked.
"Hmm, we supposed to meet somewhere in this airport," Camellia answered and glanced at the wristwatch on her left wrist. Five minutes before it went to 5.45 PM.
Today, she was actually surprised that Charlie hadn't called her to ask about the 'Little Rabbit' of his. If he did, she definitely reminded her about today's meeting.
Hopefully, he remembered what she had said the first time they were in contact which to call her exactly at 5.45 PM today.
And as if knowing the thought in her mind, Charlie's phone suddenly rang causing Lenny who was about to start the car engine ti jump in shock.
"Is it him?!" she immediately asked once she regained her composure and glanced at Camellia who was staring at Charlie's phone. The furrow on her face made her curious therefore, she took a peek on the phone screen.
What's she saw was the display of the weirdest name she ever knew or heard off; Little Rabbit.
Camellia looked at Lenny as if asking for her opinion whether to pick up the phone or not. Seeing the grin in Lenny's face, her eyes beamed in a knowing manner.
She tapped on the green icon then proceed to tap on the loudspeaker icon and of course, the recording icon too. Lenny was already giggling next to her.
"Shh," she reprimanded her and like an obedient parrot, Lenny nodded repeatedly.
"You finally answered. I've missed you. What happened?" a seductive female voice made her way through the loudspeaker and instantly the two women who were listening looked at each other and made an 'eww' expression.
'What should I do?' Camellia whispered while blocking the phone speaker. She looked at Lenny, who was struggling not to laugh. There were tears in the corner of her eyes, trying to hold herself from laughing.
'Ans-wer-it' Lenny struggled to convey the words, but she managed to do it. Her eyebrows were both lifted up with her lips pursed to urge Camellia to answer the woman's question earlier.
Camellia could only shake her head after seeing the funny face Lenny managed to pull. But, the corner of her lips was agreeing to her suggestion as a mischievous look was now taking place of her giggling face.
