Time travelling from the majestic era after the Recuperation of Reiki, he became Kimura Kazuki, a 16-year-old high school student in Japan, one year before the Reiki Recuperation.

Tentatively, he set out to hone himself to the bone, burning candles at both ends to stockpile resources in preparation for the imminent Recuperation of Reiki. His goal was to be many steps ahead of all humanity when the time comes.

However, it seemed like fate had decided to play a cruel trick on him.

One year later, the Recuperation of Reiki... did not happen as expected.

"That's impossible!" Otome Sakagami could not help but laugh upon hearing that. "Did you really think that I was sealed by the Jade of Four Souls because I'm evil? I'm just another Tsukumogami."

The Jade Of Four Souls could purify evil, but she was not really evil. The reason why she was sealed by the Jade Of Four Souls was that it possessed pure energy. But of course, to say that it did not not affect her at all would be a lie.

After all, Otome Sakagami did murder someone before she was suppressed.

That was why the Jade Of Four Souls was used to restrain her. However, to use the Jade of Four Souls to kill her would be a joke.

Otome Sakagami was relieved at the time. Kimura Kazuki apparently did not know the key to killing her. She could just flee if she could not defeat these people and take her time to improvise her strength in the future.
