Some Dungeonmasters just want to see the world burn

John came back online and started thinking what kind of attacker does my dungeon need?

But he had an idea and started with the frame which he made out of silver. He added some Armor plates out of silver and gave it a demon face the he polished all silver parts that they are shiny like a mirror and placed a dark red magic stone inside the contraption so that the complete automaton shined in an eerie dark red. With the redlections from the silver it looked like a demon straight out of hell. Then he crafted a gear driven heavy crossbow with silver bolts once again filled with mercury and he also added a not so sparkly shield out of steel that had extra metal plates on the front that were made out of junkling metal that would spray shrapnells in a cone when hit.

John looked at his work and was slightly sorry for the players that need to fight that.

A Silver Automaton in the form of a demon his appearance cause fear when you see it.

As weaponry it is equipped with a heavy crossbow that can pierce mythril armor with poisoned arrows and has a heavy disposable shield out of junkling metal that is also a potential weapon because of the heavy equipment and some small forging errors it is slow and can rarely tip over which make to an easy target when it happens.

Next John needed a boss and he thought that he shouldn't be to unfair so he decide for a stationary ranged boss in a long corridor with traps to slow the players down and bring the to trip that a tank can't run through with a shield.

He made a big frame out of brass without armor to save some materials and weaken the boss a bit anchored it to the ground to give it more stability and gave it 2 silver swords as backup weapons then he started to create a weapon.

For this he took junkling metal and tested it a bit to see how it shatters and found a cone shape with a cylintrical base that when you snap the base the cone flies in a straight line forward and shatters some more on impact.

He had the best results with a 20mm base diameter so he made a three pipes with rifling and added a box behind them that spins the barrels at a constant speed next he added a mechanism that feeds the "bullets" into the barrel and added a thick steel plate to snap the base of the bullet when it gets rotated into it he also gave it two grips.

After everything was finished he looked at his work and was quite pleased and logged off after he marked the secon floor as finished...
