A weapon for Eva

Eva, John, and Erika were sitting at a table looking at a map where all the sightings damages of the Angersteel Colossus were marked.

They could roughly anticipate where the Colossus would attack next but now they stood before another problem as Eva has got no weapon as she fought with her fists until now but that was no option for fighting the colossus. So John sat down and thought about Eva and what kind of weapon would fit her. He thought about everything he knew about Eva. The first thing that came to his mind was that she is...difficult..., but she was also flexible and intelligent. Her in-game body had a high amount of strength but John didn't think that any strength-based weapons would fit her personality, or at least John didn't want to risk it to be used as a baseball when she found something for that she could hit him again. John decided after some thought and started working. He went to the smelting pot and threw in some Mythril, adamantite, silver and some copper and created a strong but flexible alloy, also when nobody was looking at him he sneaked in some drops of his blood.

Adanthryl

Rank Unique

A brown flexible yet durable metal alloy.

The blood of a titan gave it additional strength but bloodbound it to the creator and his subordinates. No matter how much strength is used this metal will never bend or break. Cannot be smithed by normal means.

John was surprised when the metal piece he poured into a mold didn't want to keep the form of the mold but formed a hexagonal crystalline structure.

John heated the piece of metal up in the forge and started calming down by closing his eyes, he concentrated on the forge, on the metal and on himself when he suddenly felt a power welling up in his soul. John knew what he had to do, his left hand grabbed the air while swinging his arm upwards, and just before he reached the white-hot metal a smaller version of Erinnerung emerged in his hand hitting the workpiece and flicking it up into the air. Suddenly he swung his right arm and another hammer emerged in his right hand, he started repeatedly hitting the workpiece with his two hammers while keeping it up in the air. John hammered faster and faster while slowly forming a long round pole out of the alloy.

Eva was surprised she never expected that John could forge like that, she knew that he had created some special things while she wasn't monitoring him but now when she saw how they were created she felt astonished. Erika was also surprised as John never really used this kind of smithing technique before.

Now John came to the difficult part he asked Erika to heat up some adamantite while he was still forging the metal pole. And while it was heating up he added some holes and grooves on both sides of the pole. John was still getting faster with his hammering until he asked Erika to throw the heated up adamantite in the air. Now John forged both parts at the same time and the adamantite seemed to flow in the grooves and holes he made earlier I like it was made out of water. The adamantite slowly formed razor-sharp blades around the top and the bottom part of the pole. Next, John hardened and tempered the weapon after which he ground off all the extra material to give it a nice shine and finish.

...Scrappy was climbing down from the statue when several loud voices could be heard outside. The praying troglodytes opened their eyes to look around and they saw Scrappy climbing down the statue while their holy crystal was missing. Pure anger started to well up in their body. The troglodytes started running, trying to catch the small robot while Scrappy suddenly saw a small coin lying on the ground without noticing the angry troglodytes. He quickly started to run evading everything and everyone just to reached this tiny piece of scrap. He grabbed it and quickly left the room. Scrappy thought that he wasted enough time in this cave so he quickly ventured back to the outside. On his way out he went by several angry troglodytes while many others were chasing him. Scrappy came to the main gate before he noticed to angry mob behind him but suddenly the troglodytes stopped several meters away from him and looked terrified. The Scrappy heard a roaring behind him. Suddenly Scrappy was bathed in white flames and his Scrap possessions were molten one again. Scrappy turned around with a dark aura surrounding him and saw another one of these fire lizards he met before. Painful howling and roaring was echoing through the cave this night and no troglodyte would forget this day. They never want their crystal back now and observed Scrappy while he was waiting for the new ingots he poured to cool down...
