In a father's footsteps

Abigail rose to her feet filled with a seemingly endless amount of energy. In her hand was the celestial weapon of fire changing form to better suit her. It's new form was a 70 centimetre double edged sword with a small rectangular guard and a spherical pommel. A small aura of blue fire surrounded Abigail that illuminated the area around her slightly.

Achille looked back and was instantly intrigued. Not only was this person still standing after fighting a small army, she was also now holding a celestial weapon and using it's power. Achille began to march over to Abigail with no need to rush and stopped in front of her. She then pulled her fist back and punched at Abigail who blocked it with the sword stopping it completely. Achille had expected a block but she hadn't expected Abigail to push her fist out of the way and slice down towards her head. But it didn't matter. Achille didn't need to block and instead stood still with a smirk under the mask. The blade of the sword collided with the yellow, mesh barrier and halted. But under the immense power a single crack formed.

Achille's smirk couldn't have changed into a face of fear faster. She rolled backwards in retreat causing her mask to fall off. The pale skin illuminated by the blue light looked like a ghost's face in the night. A ghostly face of fear and hatred. Achille grabbed her cloak and tore it off her body leaving only the boots and some black, light armour. She suddenly disappeared from Abigail's view who looked around.

Abigail's body seemed to move by instinct as she got down on one knee and pulled her sword behind her to block a powerful kick that would've struck her in the back. The instinctive movement continued as she ducked under Achille's legs and returned the favour by kicking her in the back sending the woman tumbling away. Achille regained her posture and looked around at where Abigail was but felt a sharp pain as Abigail swung the sword around into the back of her head. The barrier was barely able to protect her as small fragments of it fell to the ground and the very edge of the sword's blade pierced Achille's skin.

Achille, fuelled by rage from being injured by a mere sword user, grabbed Abigail by the ankle and swung her around into the ground. The ground was in shambles by the time Achille stopped. Abigail had dropped the sword and the blue aura faded. Achille wasn't fully satisfied and kicked Abigail in the side. The body flailed away and looked on as Achille looked down at the sword.

She reached down and went to take her prize.

The sword moved on it's own and slid out of the way of Achille's hand. Achille leapt at it but it rose above her and whizzed off out of Abigail's sight. Achille shouted something at someone but was silenced by a punch to the stomach from a figure surrounded by a powerful aura of blue fire with two horns on their head. The celestial weapon of fire was in their hand in the form of a katana. The punch broke through the barrier with ease and left Achille to fall over onto her hands and knees from being winded so painfully.

In the darkness Abigail couldn't make out the figure and all she could muster the energy to say was:

"D-Dad?"

The figure turned to look at her and took a step closer. It suddenly seemed startled and jumped away into the distance leaving a small indent where it's feet had been. Achille grabbed her cloak and put on her mask as she was taken away by a teleporter of some sort.

Abigail began to blackout as Aiden reformed by her side and called Cynthinia to make a portal for them.
