The Rules

Mathew- I'm honored to see so many future warriors! To those that this isn't your first year, I'll just say that you must continue your training, and obviously not to neglect your studies. You never know when the knowledge will help on a mission... but to our first year students, I have to say some rules. And sincerely, some of the older students would do well on listening them again.

Marcus- why he was looking towards a boy and a girl on the front row...?

Via- 'let's not get in the way of that pair.'

Joshua- ...agreed.

Mathew- first, the first year students can only be on the first floor. The eight floors represent the eight years you will be in the tower. If a professor or a camera sees you on another floor... you'll be in trouble. Next is that you shouldn't be alarmed about seeing second or third year students on the first floor. You can't go to the upper floors... but the entrance of the tower is on the first floor, so everyone can go to lower floors than theirs.

Via- (I can see why... but that just asks for bulling.)

[maybe you are influenced by your old school?]

Via- (maybe... we'll see.)

Mathew- second, you can't get out of the tower on your first year. This is for safety. The students that pass our little test, are students with potential. You all have a huge potential, and as such... there are those that even in the safest city of the continent would try to kidnap you. You can get a pass to get out if you can complete a test on your second year. If not, you'll be able to leave on your third year.

Joshua- I'm not okay with being a year inside one floor.

Marcus- you'll get used to it.

Via- 'and I have the impression that the floor is bigger than we think.'

Mathew- third, you can't attack any classmates. The obvious rules about antagonizing people on any school are applied here too. But if you have a grudge with another student, you can go to a professor to ask for a formal duel. There is a stadium on every floor, and there is where you will duel your other classmates. You can ask a duel to everyone, even me. But the winner can ask one thing to the loser with the professors present. It obviously has to be something that the professors agree with, but if you are dueling me... I can ask whatever I want. I'm their boss, hahaha.

Via- (he looks nervous... but he gives a feeling of power that I've only felt with my mother... now that I think of it, she never told me about her days defending the continent.)

Via- (yeah... you are right...)

Mathew- and lastly, the schedule of the first year students are on their brand new screens. A device you all have on a box in your beds now. It will be our way to communicate with individual students, and your way to communicate with friends and partners. Oh! True! I almost forgot. All of the first year students needs a team with a leader. The teams can have from 2 to 5 students. We don't care that much. But the tests won't be easier because you have less partners. You are warned. I think that's all, remember that because this is the first day, doesn't mean that you don't have classrooms to go. Go get your schedule on your rooms, and go to your first lesson. Welcome to the Tower of M-humans.

Via- (he looks reliable...)

Marcus- the three of us should be a team!

Joshua-... I like the idea.

Via-... 'good, but who will act as the leader for the missions?'

Joshua- you trusted on Marcus for that before, no?

Via- 'yes... he's a good option.'

Marcus- w-wait! Me, the leader? I'm the weakest!

Via- 'a leader does not have to be strong, he has to be reliable, intelligent, and he has to think quickly on dangerous situations. You have those qualities... more or less... and sincerely, both Joshua and me are not good with words to give orders... I literally can't'

Marcus- ...thanks guys. I won't disappoint you!

Via- 'now, I'm going to my room to get the Screen.'

Marcus- okay, have fun!

Via begun to walk towards her room while talking with Classy.

Via- (why did he said to me ''have fun?'')

[everyone is going to its room. You are going to meet your roommates]

Via froze on the spot, and quickly used a vanishing ninjutsu.

[that won't do! You have to meet them! Maybe the cheerful girl is a roommate...]

Via- (and maybe the noble girl is! And that's scary!)

She dismissed the ninjutsu, and walked to the door of the room. She took a deep breath, and opened the door. What she saw inside was Ebony talking as if they were all life friends to an angered noble girl.

Via- (of course... both. It had to be both.)

Via went quickly to her bed, and while she was opening the box, she was hearing her roommates.

Ebony- come on! I gave you my name! I'll give it again, my name is Ebon-

???- I don't care!! how dare you to talk like this to me! Do you have any idea of who I am!?

Ebony- that's what I'm asking! Will you tell me now?

???- Nereid. Tell the annoying kid who I am.

Via looked to the fourth bed, and saw a girl that looked more or less like herself with the knight class.

Via- (does she wears the armor always?)

Nereid- My lady is Rose Foxcold. From the noble house of Foxcold.

Ebony- why does it sound like we are on some fantasy book with nobles and kings?

Rose- how dare you-

Via used this opportunity to get out of the room with her Screen. She looked to it, and it was like a futuristic phone. She could do things with it only touching the screen, and it had the schedule on the notes function. She saw that she had Dueling class first and with the GPS function, she begun to search for the classroom.
