Chapter 8 Return to Mauvile City

After receiving his first badge, Sky finally returned to Mauvile City

"Ah, I am finally back, now to challenge The Gym"

Sky thinks to himself when he notices a crowd in the middle of the town

Sky goes to check it out and sees

"Isn't that the current champion of Hoenn, Steven Stone and that must be the one who was helping him defeat Team Aqua and Magma, Brenden

Steven Stone and Brenden, both of them pass by Sky as Sky sees them

Suddenly A Guy grom behind everyone shouts out

"Brenden!"

Brenden looks behind to see it was Professor Birch

"Ah, It's been a long time"

Birch comes towards Brenden

"Yeah, How are you here, Professor?"

Brenden asks Professor

"I was actually looking for a person who saved me some time back, he called himself Sky but he ran away after I told him about the Mauvile City Gym, I have been trying to find him for 5 hours but he isn't to be found"

Birch tells Brenden

"Okay then Brenden, I will be leaving for Rustboro City, See You again soon"

Steven tells Brenden

"Okay, I will see you later"

Steven then takes out a pokemon and uses fly and goes away

"I will be happy to help you, Professor"

Brenden tells Birch

"I heard you were looking for me so what is it?"

It was Sky who joined the Conversation

"Oh, I finally found you, Where were you?"

Birch asked Sky

"In Rustboro City, getting my 1st Gym Badge"

Sky replies to Birch

"Oh, you got your first badge, great"

Birch tells Sky

"So, you are Sky thank you for saving Professor"

Brenden tells Sky

"It's nice to meet you too, I heard you were the one who defeated Team Magma and Aqua, I was hoping to meet you"

Sky tells Brenden

"Oh, It's nice to meet you too"

Brenden tells Sky

"So Professor, what was the thing you needed me for?"

Sky asks Birch

"Ah, Right"

Birch takes out a badge with a symbol of smoke on it

"Is this yours?"

Birch asks Sky

"No, It's not"

Sky replies to Birch

"Okay, then it must be of the thief that ran away with the Pokemon"

Birch tells everyone

"Maybe, so is that it?"

Sky asks Birch

"Yeah, so where are you going now?"

Birch asks Sky

"Isn't it obvious, to defeat the Mauvile City Gym Leader"

Sky tells Birch

"Oh, Best of luck, Sky"

Birch tells Sky

"Ah Thank you"

Sky tells Birch

"Okay then, see you again, Sky"

Brenden and Birch leave for Rustboro as well while Sky starts training for his next gym Battle
