Chapter 9 Sky Vs Wattson

After a bit of training Sky is ready to face the Mauvile City Gym Leader, Wattson

He enters the Gym and sees Wattson cleaning his Gym

"Aah, When I need my cleaners, where do they go?"

Wattson thinks to himself

"Are you the Gym Leader?"

Sky asks Wattson

"Oh, A Challenger!, Of course, I am so Want to battle I am sure you can't beat my shocking pokemon"

Wattson tells Sky

"Wanna Bet, I can assure you I will beat them"

Sky replies to Wattson

"Oh, Okay then Let's battle"

Wattson and Sky Face each other on the battlefield

I choose you, Electrike

Voltorb comes out

"Oh, A Electrike, Well then"

Sky takes out a Pokeball and smiles

"I am going to show you my new Pokemon that I caught while training"

I choose you, Trapinch

Trapinch comes out

"Oh, You must have gone to the sandy area to get these, well it doesn't stand a chance against my Pokemon"

Wattson tells Sky

Battle Begin

Sky Vs Wattson

Trapinch use Bulldoze

Electrike gets a one-shot from that and faints

Wattson calls back Ele

"Oh, That was good using the type advantage but now I am going to defeat that Trapinch, I choose you, Voltorb

Voltorb comes out

Use Self-Destruct

"Wait, what!!!!"

Voltorb starts to shine and self destructs taking down Trapinch with him

"Oh come on, that's just not fair"

Sky tells Wattson

"HAHAHA, Everything is fair in Love and war and this is War"

Wattson tells Sky

Sky calls back Trapinch and looks at the Pokeball

"You did great Trapinch but it's just isn't your time to shine"

Sky tells Trapinch and then keeps him back and takes out another Pokeball

"I choose you, Nidorino"

Nidorino comes out

"Oh, A Nidorino, has been long since I saw one, well then"

I Choose You, Magneton

Nidorino head fora Fury Attack

Nidorino lands the attack 3 times sending Magneton back but it was not very effective

Magneton use Thunder Wave

Nidorino gets paralyzed

Nidorino use Double Kick now

Nidorino was Paralyzed and was not able to attack

Magneton use Shock Wave

Nidorino gets hit by the attack

"Come on Nidorino, I know you can do this"

Nidorino use Double Kick

Nidorino was Paralyzed but still heads towards Magneton and hits him Double Kick Fainting him

Wattson calls back Magneton

"You are doing great but let's see how you do against my Manectric"

I choose you Manectric

Manectric comes out of the Pokeball

"A Manectric, huh?"

Sky thinks to himself

"Let's see how this battle goes"

Sky thinks to himself

Manectric use Shock Wave

Nidorino dodge it and use Double Kick

Nidorino was paralyzed and failed to do that ending up getting hit by Manectric's Shock Wave

And fainting Nidorino

Sky calls back Nidorino and keeps back the Pokeball

Now then I choose you Scyther!

Scyther comes out of the Pokeball

"A Scyther, Where did you get that?"

Wattson asks Scyther

"My father gifted it to me and it's going to be the one who is going to defeat you"

Sky tells Wattson
