Hidden Voyeur

"Eh? A date?"

"Yeah, a girl named Yuma asked me out." Akemi said as Gold was checking the bounded field after the super roach incident.

"Ah, I see. So you're into tits after all. Well done my disciple, I'm proud of you." He nodded his head in satisfaction of the news.

"What?! No, I'm into guys too!" He didn't look at her, but she sounded incredibly flustered to him.

"Expanding your range of lovers, as expected of a future Harem Queen. It brings me joy that you're finally accepting what kind of person you truly are!" To him it was grand news because he believed that Akemi was just hiding her true perverse nature.

He heard an exasperated sigh from the genderbent protagonist. Finally turning to glance at the girl, he nodded his head in approval.

"You look good, I'm sure your date will love it." he complimented as the girl wasn't wearing her usual school uniform and was instead in some casual attire.

"Really? You like it?" she twirled around for him to have a better look.

"Jeans that make your ass look thicc and a shirt that places emphasis on your sizeable bust. I approve!" Gold gave a thumbs up as the girl seemed to giggle in delight.

"Alright, well I'm off to my date." Akemi waved as she left.

"Have fun, don't take it too hard when your date tries to kill you." Gold waved back as he went back to checking his bounded field.

Akemi's footsteps halted at the top of the stairs. It took her a moment to process Gold's nonchalant words. The sound of rushed footsteps descending the stairs was easy to hear as the girl ran up to Gold.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHEN MY DATE TRIES TO KILL ME!?" she shrieked causing Gold to jump a bit in surprise.

"Gah, jeez that hurt my eardrums." he whined while covering his ears.

"What do you mean when my date tries to kill me?" She repeated

"Your date is a fallen." he responded bluntly

"How do you know that?"

"I have my sources. Anyway, she's probably gonna try killing you at the end of your date. So watch out for that I guess." he said without any urgency of the situation.

"But why?" she asked confused

"Many reasons. However in this case, politics."

"Politics?"

"Yep, it'd be too annoying to explain it all but basically one dude on the side of fallen angels wants the war to continue so he's trying to spark it by pushing the devils." Gold honestly wanted the holy sword arc to start so he could compare the holy energy between the swords and his lance.

"Couldn't I just not go on the date?" She could definitely just easily avoid the attempt at her life that way.

"Why would you not go? It's a date, go have fun and just survive the attempt at your life is all." he spoke as if it would be a waste not to go.

"I feel like you should take this more seriously." she sighed at his nonchalant attitude.

"Relax, you should be able to take her on. If anything happens, I'll pop by." he promised, although he definitely believes that Akemi can take Raynare on by herself.

"If you're sure..." Akemi reluctantly left for her date.

So i've noticed something concerning since I tweaked and checked the bounded field after the super roach incident. Someone is trying to spy on me. How did I come to this conclusion? Well there were recording spells hidden within my house. I wasn't able to trace them back since they imploded on themselves the moment i discovered them.

The question is, who would try to spy on me? It's definitely not Rias, her ability in magic is pretty shit if it doesn't involve blasting the enemy with raw power. I considered Sona, however I dropped the notion as soon as it entered my head. She wouldn't jeopardize our current relationship since she was counting on me to help Rias with her engagement problem, she wouldn't take that risk.

I went back and checked my own recording spells. It's not that I don't trust my own housemates, but mind control is always a possibility. The result? Nothing. It wasn't any of my housemates. These spells are pretty recent, not even a week old. I know since I do some tweaks on the bounded field for practice. These weren't here the week before.

This is honestly concerning me because it means that someone had the ability to infiltrate my home, disable my recording spells so that they wouldn't be caught and place their own before leaving. I'm not concerned that someone could get inside the field, what concerns me is that someone 'got out'. I made it so that getting inside isn't difficult, but getting outside without notice should be impossible. This means that the intruder has a better understanding of magic than I do.

"My room, the bathrooms and the laundry room." Those were the only places that I found were tampered with. But why would someone want to watch me use the restroom or jack off in my room? I have a mini kitchen in my room, so they would just be watching me cook sometimes. They didn't even bother to put it inside my lab.

Speaking of which, some of my damn clothes went missing. I asked Lydia about it, but she denied having anything to do with it. I even asked Jack and Viser just incase.

A slight shiver ran up my spine. I doubt it, but what if the spy is some kind of voyeur? I shook my head, who the hell would want to take my clothes and spy on my daily life? Especially someone more adept than me in the arcanes, that just sounds stupid. The main thing that worries me, is if those recording spells I found were decoys or not. It's not impossible that they were made easy to find, only to hide the real recording spells from being found.....

I need to check the bounded field again.

WITHIN ANOTHER DIMENSION

Inside of a dark room littered with familiar clothes that Gold would recognize. One twin-tailed girl sat infront of a multitude of floating screens that displayed the insides of a familiar house. The only source of light came from these screens which dimly lit the room. The girl's eyes were glued to the screen displaying a familiar blonde going through his inner monologue. She raised a pair of boxers to her face and inhaled deeply.

"Haaaaah" the sound of her satisfied exhalation echoed through the room.

BACK AT GOLD'S BASEMENT.

This seriously bothers me, but it's not like I can do much about it. Another scan of the field showed nothing, whoever was able to get through the field and out is better than me. That isn't surprising considering that I've only dabbled in the arcanes for about 4 months if you count the time I was in Skyrim.

There's nothing that can be done if there really are hidden recording spells in my house that I can't find. I mean, I could just move out but I don't want to move out. This is my home and I've grown attached to it. Well I'll just wait for the person spying on me to show up. If they wanna fight then I'll take that fight on.

"One thing left to do." I say out loud as there was one more thing left that required my attention. Something important that I have forgotten to do in awhile.

"I need to piss off the readers." It's been awhile since I've purposely pissed off the damn readers. I haven't done it on purpose for awhile now, I think the last time I did was when I let Koneko knock me out. Or was it when I agreed to train Akemi? No, it must've been when I tried to help Saji get the girl. But it's hard to count that since I wasn't doing that on purpose.

Well, no time like the present. But what should I do? My mind worked quickly as an invisible lightbulb flickered above my head.

"I'VE GOT IT!" The perfect way to piss off the readers!

"KILL ME YOU FEATHERED BITCH!" Gold roared out as he gripped the confused Raynare's wrist while she held up a light spear.

"What are you doing!?" Raynare panicked as she didn't understand what was happening while the insane blonde was forcing the light spear closer to his body.

"PISSING OFF THE READERS!" With a final tug of his reinforced arm, he forced the light spear down onto his shoulder.

"KYAAAAAHH!" Raynare screamed as she flew off into the distance feeling violated for some reason.

"WHAT JUST HAPPENED!?" Akemi shouted out loud to the world.

"Got-em!" Gold coughed out blood as he laid on the ground bleeding out.

Pissing off the reader by nearly dying to an early antagonist? Check.
