Alchemy Exam Begins!

Drog spent the next few days reading the tome of pill recipes and once he finished, he closed it and stored it inside his pendant with the other two tomes. He stood up and left the cave.

Drog walked over to Lucia's cave and looked around. "If she is not here, she is not here," he thought as he didn't see her. He left the outer disciple peak via the bridge, crossed the main peak and took the bridge which led to the alchemy peak.

Arriving on the alchemy peak, he directly walked to the building in which he registered as the alchemist and entered it. He saw that behind the counter sat a different disciple. This time it was a young man with short black hair, blue eyes and an average face.

Drog walked up to him and the man looked at him. "What do you need?"

"I want to take the written exam," Drog said.

"Alright," the man said as he nodded his head. "Give me your identification insignia."

Drog pulled out his identification insignia and placed it on the counter.

The man took it and held it in his hand while looking at it for a few seconds before raising his eyes to Drog. "Are you serious?" he said.

"What do you mean?" Drog said as he slightly tilted his head to the right in confusion.

"You registered with the guild just a few days ago and you already want to take the written exam?"

Drog nodded his head. "I do."

"You arrogant piece of sh*t," the man mumbled under his breath and said, "I will go inform the elders." He put Drog's identification insignia down on the counter and walked through the door that was behind the counter.

"He called you a piece of sh*t, Drog," Liu Ri said. "What are you going to do?"

Drog shook his head. "I will make him eat those words by passing the written exam with no mistakes," he said to Liu Ri as he took the insignia from the counter and stored in the pedant.

A few minutes passed and the man came back with a beautiful woman dressed in a black robe. She looked between twenty and thirty years old. She had long blonde hair, light-blue eyes, a pretty face, pretty pink lips, C-cup sized breasts and a beautiful figure.

"Come with me," she said.

"Alright." Drog followed her through the door. They passed several corridors before entering a small room in which there was only a chair and table.

She walked up to the table and Drog followed after her. She out of nowhere pulled out more than a few hundred sheets of paper and placed them on the table. She pulled out a pen and placed it on the table. She looked at Drog. "Give me your identification insignia."

Drog nodded his head. He pulled out his identification insignia and gave it to her.

"To pass the first part of the written test, you have to correctly name 65% of the plants," she said. "You have ten hours. The exam will begin the moment you sit down."

"Alright," Drog said. He sat down, took the pen and took the first sheet of paper. He looked down at it. He saw plant pictures and lines next to them throughout the sheet. He lowered his pen to the first line and wrote down the name of the plant which was displayed in the picture next to the line.

Drog filled up the first sheet of paper, took the second one, filled it up and took the third one. He continued doing this until all sheets of paper were filled up. He put the pen down on the table and raised his head. He saw the elder standing with closed eyes some distance away. He got mesmerised by her, but only for a moment during which he thought, "What a beauty…" When he snapped out, he said, "I have finished."

The elder opened her eyes. "I understand," she said and walked up the table. She put down Drog's identification insignia on the table. "You can wait for me to check your exam or you can come back tomorrow. Which one will it be?"

Drog took his identification insignia from the table and stored it inside his pendant. "I will wait."

The elder nodded her head in understanding. "I see." She took the pen from the table and took the first sheet of paper. She looked it over and not finding a single mistake – put it down. She took the second sheet of paper, looked it over, put it down, took the third sheet of paper, looked it over, put it down and continued repeating this cycle until she looked over all the filled out sheets of paper.

The elder's expression turned into a shocked one. "You didn't make a single mistake," the elder said in a shocked voice.

"It's because I am the elite amongst the elite. I am Drog," Drog said.

"Huh?" the elder said as she slowly nodded her head. She shook her head. "Do you like to take the second part of the written exam now or some other day?"

"I will take it now," Drog said.

"I will need your identification insignia again," the elder said as she made the filled out sheets of paper disappear and new sheets of paper appear. She placed them and the pen on the table.

Drog pulled out his identification insignia and extended it towards the elder. "Here you go, elder."

"Call me elder Feng," elder Feng said as she took Drog's identification insignia. "You can begin. Time limit like before is ten hours."

"Okay, elder Feng."

Drog took the pen and the first sheet of paper and looked down at it.
