Zero's Directive

Momo's group tracked the Natives back to their Village making the location she headed back to the Ship while her team remained standing by near the village.

"So what brings you back Momo?" Zero said before taking a bite out of a bright blue fruit, his eyes relaxing slightly as the tangy flavor enters his mouth. The young Tuffle stood rooted in her position like a statue as she tried to find the words to explain the current situation.

"We have found a rather large village with around 4,000 or so of these natives. From what I have gathered each of the natives has tasks handed to them based on their particular strengths while the sex of the creature isn't taken into consideration. They seem very similar to Clownfish in our past life when it comes to reproduction, the more dominant of a pair will become the female and bare the children however before they are sexually mature they seem to be neither male nor female. Their diet is mainly Vegetation and fruits as we have yet to see them attempt to hunt the many different species of wildlife that exist on their planet." She stopped there and then looked at Zero with anticipation as he munched into his snack while maintaining eye contact.

"So what brought you back here? You seemed to have gathered more information on the natives than I have. The whole purpose of this is to allow you all to develop more as a person, as a warrior, and as a leader. You can definitely come to me for advice but this is a hands-off exercise for me, so, do you have a plan?"

"Umm…Umm…" At that moment Momo wasn't the confident young lady she was in front of the rest of her team, she felt small…which she is but even smaller. "They seem to be relatively peaceful unless provoked, before coming here I felt the Ki of Epoxy suddenly take a massive leap and an unknown ki which was nearly as powerful if not stronger. So I assume she is battling one of the Natives, I also considered this but you warned us of a more powerful being residing on this Planet. Provoking that entity is not something I can reasonably accept the risk of as there are many lives under my charge. So we instead followed a group back to their village, from here our options are to make contact or just continue gathering information."

"That's a good line of thinking, now what are the risks of either of your plans? What would the rewards be?" Zero sat up and looked at her, his Blue eyes staring deeply as if her thoughts were laid bare before him.

Swallowing the saliva that built up in her mouth the girl spoke, " If we make contact peacefully we may be able to learn more about their customs and slowly integrate into their very society before taking them over with improvements to their lifestyle. For example, using Namekian biotechnology to create something that would not damage the planet while building rapport with the natives. Essentially using the village we found to unite the tribes under one banner conquering them all in one fell swoop with a political coup, then dealing with the ripples and disgruntlement that may be caused by passive or aggressive actions." Momo paused and then looked at Zero who had not changed his expression and made his stance unreadable. "The risks of this are small but the con is that this could take an extensive amount of time, give or take 5 years. While the other plan is to take them over with force, use overwhelming might to crush all opposition to our occupation then enforce our will. This plan has the most risks, war is in its essence a battle of resources, and military strength. Resource wise we can engage in a war with no problem, everyone will still be able to eat, sleep, and hygiene without issue. What is concerning is our military strength. Excluding yourself Lord Zero, it would be a challenge, with our current power I am 60% confident that we would win, the other 40% is we all die swiftly and with much struggle. If you are included, our victory is assured…" Momo glanced at Zero before lowering her gaze.

"Far beyond my expectations, you have thought pretty deeply about both avenues of approach in a way that is far beyond your peers. The choice is yours. I will fully support either one that you make, just remember that if I have to make a move the Mission will be deemed as a failure and logged into your overall evaluation at the end of this expedition." Momo nodded her head in understanding and then took her leave, Zero looked back up at the monitors focusing on one in particular as the battle between Epoxy and the native was still in full swing.

While sitting there Zero thought of something that might be helpful or harmful to the Students, "Zendal." Zero called out to one of the engineers standing by in the next room. The door opened and entered a Cerlian with deep ocean blue colored hair and orange eyes, "Yes Lord Zero!"

"In the future, we will no longer use power level numbers when reporting strength unless specifically asked for; these students have become too dependent on the numbers which I believe will be detrimental to their growth as warriors. From this point on only the class of their power will be reported, Subclass included relay this information to all expedition members in this Universe. All Scouters currently being used by the forces on the ground are to be destroyed immediately." Zero confirmed that Zendal documented his order well before starting the next.

"Also it would seem that Team Bravo has started to terraform the Moon of this planet which is comparable in size to a Planet. Once completed we will land there and begin step 2 of the Expedition while the students complete their first test. While I said that this Planet will be our foothold, which is still true. It is imperative that we have a Universe 1 species included in our ranks however this moon can act as our base while other operations are in place as well as giving the members of this Mission a safe haven to relax, unwind and maybe grow the population. At minimum I expect the Students to have complete control over the Planet in 1 year, however, on the conservative end, it could take 10 years. Time stops for no one and like the Students, the other members of this Mission and myself will be active as well."

"Yes Lord Zero."
