Chapter 21: He Looks like a Tough Guy!

Qin Nanyu's face was blank. "Just say it. Don't try to be pathetic."

Ji Weitian: "..." He looks like a tough guy!

Ji Weitian: "The director probably already told you about the malfunctioning equipment in the assembly hall. The forum would probably be moved later this afternoon... As long as you can be here for that, I can help you with whatever you need."

Ji Weitian finished her sentence, feeling her heart jump to her throat. 

Nobody wants an unexpected crisis. But if the VIPs' schedule didn't work with the new time, it would be understandable.

Leading business titans like Qin Nanyu probably had their time scheduled to the minute. It was already a favor for his alma mater to have him appear at the Jiangcheng University forum for free. If he insisted on leaving, Ji Weitian couldn't stop him.

Ji Weitian was prepared for Qin Nanyu to leave, however, the minute he stood up from the sofa, her heart still sank.

While watching him leave, she moved her lips, wanting to say something, but not sure what. In the next moment, Qin Nanyu turned and said, "Didn't you say you didn't have breakfast? Why are you just standing there?"

Ji Weitian: "???" What did he mean by that?

Ji Weitian didn't think her enemy had such a human side. When she came to, she grabbed her purse and followed Qin Nanyu out the door.

The two of them left the lounge. Because of Qin Nanyu's unfamiliarity with the newly renovated Jiangcheng University, Ji Weitian didn't fight with him on the way. Instead, she was a responsible tour guide, telling him all about the new campus.

The harmony on the tour relaxed Ji Weitian. She didn't realize that Qin Nanyu had led her into a five-star restaurant, and had ordered a lot of entrees.

Ji Weitian ate and drank. She was leaning on the table and burping when the waiter presented the bill. A familiar sensation swept over her--

Qin Nanyu sat on the chair and leisurely looked over the bill. He looked up at her, then opened his lips to say, "She'll pay it."

Ji Weitian: "..."

If life could be restarted, Ji Weitian wished she could return to a time before she met Qin Nanyu.

She would definitely and absolutely choose to remove this person from her life, leaving no trace, not even a strand of his hair. 

This man really holds a grudge. Is he a Scorpio?

Ji Weitian was so mad she didn't think she said her thoughts out loud. Qin Nanyu stopped in front of her and turned his head, his mouth turned up. "No, I'm a Leo." 

Being a Leo didn't stop Qin Nanyu from remembering every grudge.

For the whole day, Ji Weitian worked like a dog, so busy she didn't even get a drink of water. When the forum ended, she was already so exhausted she could have passed out in the chair. She squinted her eyes at the stage, where Qin Nanyu was surrounded by a group of students asking for autographs and photos.

She picked up her notebook and blacklisted him.

Idol? The light of Jiangcheng University?

As Ji Weitian gritted her teeth, the devil on the stage suddenly looked toward her. The people around him all turned to look at her too.
