Luan Lyn, again

"Boss, it might not be so." The lackey, who had come up with the idea, had more to say.

Luan Lyn's ear listening this twitched. "Go on," he spoke, becoming waiting to hear what edge he had on the other suitors.

The lackey seizing the chance came next to Luan Lyn and then began to explain in great detail the things he had seen last night.

When his explanation was over, Luan Lyn was quick to ask, "Is this true!"

"I saw it with my own eyes," the lackey confirmed, a hand on his heart.

'This could be an edge on everyone else...' Luan Lyn wasn't too happy when it came to what he had been told, but when thinking only of the positives, he did see the edge this fact gave him.

Pondering of this, he walking aimlessly around the bazaar suddenly ceased all movement. 'Now what do we have here?' His eyes had found the Shaman apprentice in question.

The men stopped behind their boss, some of them pumping on Luan Lyn's back.

The initial surprise from seeing such a beauty gone, Luan Lyn took a deep breath. "I'll show you how an alpha male picks up women," stating so, he put a leg in front of the other approached the lone woman.

"I didn't expect to find a beautiful flower here," he started with an on the spot thought opener.

Fei Sun, left alone for a moment by the others didn't note the man, who was hitting on her at first. She was too busy looking at some items in front of her.

Ignored like this made Luan Lyn's morale drop, but he convinced himself that maybe she really hadn't noted his entrance. "I can find you something better." So, he tried again, this time coming closer to her.

The second attempt of approach gained the attention of Fei Sun. "No need." Though the amount of attention and words she gave him was next to nothing.

"Surely a lady of your standing would like something shiny, a necklace perhaps?" Luan Lyn had started the conversation, and so wouldn't back down after receiving one hit.

"No need. I said." Yet, Fei Sun was not interesting by this fellow's efforts to lure her in. 'Is he someone I can swat away?' And as the man was still annoying her, she began to wonder if she could get away with sending this fellow out of her face herself.

"...Let me start again. I am Luan Lyn, heir to Luan Family." Luan Lyn did have some skin around his neck, for he still persisted.

'Nope, I can't send him away...shame.' While Fei Sun realised that she couldn't dispose of this fellow herself, Xiao Fan and the two others were coming back to her.

"This place really is a jungle." Their speed was slowed down drastically by the endless amount of small shops. Nevertheless, when Xiao Fan got to a seeing distance, he noted a familiar figure trying his shot at a second wife of his.

"Luan Lyn? That bastard, again?" Zhuan An wasn't too happy either, noted by how her fingers clenched into a fist.

"He's going to be a poor bastard soon." Xiao Fan with anger in his tone marched through the shops, straight towards Luan Lyn. Even if he knew that Luan Lyn wasn't targetting his women was he still annoyed by his actions, especially the way, he was acting around Fei Sun.

'Who does Luan Lyn think he is?' Marching towards him, Xiao Fan couldn't but wonder this when seeing the overtly sexual body language that the bastard was performing right next to Fei Sun.

Xiao Fan wondered what was causing Luan Lyn to act so, but not for long since soon his figure came out of the shops, his fist aiming straight towards the man almost grinding on his woman.

"Again! You are doing this again!" Xiao Fan roared at Luan Lyn, who had been sent flying into the market stalls behind him.

Fei Sun, who had become, let's say, disturbed by Luan Lyn's actions was relieved to see Xiao Fan coming up to defend her. "You are finally here!" she happily called him.

"What in God's name was that bastard trying to do?" He took his focus of Luan Lyn, who had by now disappeared into a collection of shops.

"I have no idea. He might have something wrong in his head!" Fei Sun responded to Xiao Fan, locking his eyes on hers.

'What? What did I do again?' As the two of them talked, Luan Lyn, having finished his flight had many questions in his head while getting up.

First thing getting up, he noted how on the flightpath he had taken, the peddlers and everyone else was asking for some type of compensation from him.

"Shut up! I'm not paying anything for your shitty items!" he shouted at them, and not caring what would come after this, went towards the spot from where a sudden punch had expelled him.

"?" A great confusion took over Luan Lyn's face when he got near that place; his eyes squinted like never before, and the skin on his forehead formed multiple rolls

"W-why is it you again!" he stuttered the words out, his finger pointing at Xiao Fan's face.

"Why did you...do whatever you did in front of her? Leering at my wife wasn't enough?" Xiao Fan got back to Luan Lyn.

"Don't tell me that she's another one?" Luan Lyn's hopes and dreams were dropping like a rock thrown into an endless chasm.

"She's my best friend you big meanie! He's only protecting her!" Zhuan An following the path Xiao Fan had made, came to the spot and eased the situation when it came to their identities. She knew that these people didn't need to know about their relations.

Luan Lyn listening to her speak realised that he might have made an oopsie again; however, when remembering that he had his men with him, his plans changed. "Men get them!"

"Luan Lyn, you really think calling up some second-tier support will save you?" Xiao Fan if not for the seriousness of the situation, wanted to laugh as he approached him.

"You will see!" Luan Lyn drew out his sword after seeing Xiao Fan drew his own. There was no way that he wouldn't use his power to get what he wanted here, and now, equipped with a sword was there fighting to do.

As the two of them continued to exchange words, the lackeys' Luan Lyn had called were swarming the opening the peddlers fleeing the area were creating.

"Stop right there!" Though they were stopped from swarming Xiao Fan by Zhuan An and Fei Sun, stopping their advance with two long sticks called spears.

"We aren't going to!" A burlier man responded to the women as he charged towards the two with a speed that wasn't possible in the Body Activation Realm.

Thankfully, the side of Xiao Fan had a person, who could take on such a man, and so, long before the burly man got to the two weaker ones, Qian Ki grabbing the man by his shoulder took him to the side.

"Pick someone from your own level. That way the fighting will be more interesting!" she voiced, her hands slamming the man into the ground.

Everyone seeing the characters with the highest cultivation on their side clashing watched it for a second before getting back to their own opponents. The side of Luan Lyn with less morale, for they had seen that they were outgunned by that woman.

"Seems like you need to use your own power," Xiao Fan noted to Luan Lyn already cursing his bad luck.

"Last time was nothing but a fluke!" Luan Lyn didn't idle long, for after saying so, he rushed towards Xiao Fan, lunging at him.

"A fluke? you were clearly outmatched in every sense of the word!" Xiao Fan's body was dodging to the side, making the lunge miss him by a wide margin. And not to quit there, he used his leg to kick the attacker's stomach.

*Puff* Luan Lyn felt the air escape his body. Yet, he could still recover, though when done so an ever-increasing intensity of swings coming from that yellowish sword his opponent was wielding awaited him.

The swords clanked and bounced off each other for a moment. The pacing dictated by Xiao Fan until Luan Lyn had found his balance.

Luan Lyn was still a grade higher in terms of cultivation, so he was able to turn the bad situation into his favour, and soon started pressing Xiao Fan to be on the defensive.

....

"What happened? Weren't you so eager to jump on women a moment ago?" Qian Ki dominating her opponent was starting to ridicule the evident loser.

The burly man couldn't get on his feet since he was being manhandled by the much smaller woman.

"If you let me get up I'll show you," the man returned, believing that this was all because he had been ambushed at the start.

"Like that will ever happen." Qian Ki being the merciless woman she is wasn't going to give any ground, no matter how interesting doing so would seem. To her, it was first and foremost subdue and kill, only then came stuff like having fun.

Everyone else was still going to take a long time by the time Qian ki was pressing the defeated foe into the ground with one hand while watching Xiao Fan go at it.

'He's gotten a little better'—her hand forced back the burly man trying to struggle out of her clutches—'I wonder how long he will take to catch up with me?' she ponders about the more important question.

Qian Ki had won her battle, but the others were going at it, and due to the intensity of the fighting no one had realised that the deciding fight had ended a long time ago.

The two, who were feeling the most pressure amongst everyone fighting here were Zhuan An and Qian Ki, who had been pitted against a large group of lackeys trying to rally on their boss fighting Xiao Fan right behind the two of them.

They had no time to talk. All their time went to poking with their sticks, not letting anyone get close to them. But the slow surround by the lackeys was starting to concern the two spear users. There would be no problem in holding them from one direction, but if it came three instead of one... Good luck.

'Should I help them?' Qian Ki, sometimes confirmed that they were alive was starting to feel that maybe she should go and help them, however, after watching the fight between Xiao Fan and Luan Lyn she didn't.

"See? I told you it was a fluke," Luan Lyn laughed. The fight between the two of them was going his way, and so he couldn't but feel a little satisfied. Soon he would have his revenge, and then he would take that woman!

"Guess it is time to end it" Xiao Fan not caring of Luan Lyn's words spoke his own, confusing Luan Lyn.

"End this?" Luan Lyn, not sure on what to do asked Xiao Fan, who was creating distance between the two.

"This duel. What else?"

"?" Luan Lyn did not see how this was going to happen.

Xiao Fan shrugged his shoulders before charging into him once more. If Luan Lyn didn't see his defeat, he would have to make him see.

Charging at him with all the speed he could muster, Luan Lyn, in his opinion, stopped overthinking and welcomed the charge.

There was no need to show hesitation here, Luan Lyn figured.

Soon, their blades met once again, locking onto the other, the men gripping onto their own handle trying to push the other side to give in.

By now, Luan Lyn's head cleared out of any extra thoughts. Now he was sure of his victory, and that his opponent was just overstating his words which held no real value.

What he didn't get was that Xiao Fan, though losing the contest of power was only using one hand.
