Before the soldier could even finish his sentence, a black figure that appeared larger to him seemingly appeared behind him in black ash.

He appeared in every soldiers backs, appearing and disappearing after clean slices to their heads, it's claws slice and diced their heads like onions, unlike cutting onions the demons didn't cry, it's expression was pure joy, it's smile grew wider and wider after each and every consecutive kill.

After mercilessly killing the soldiers and a few adventurers, it turned its now blood covered head towards civilians, it ran towards a father and his son helplessly crouching in a corner. The demon ran like a cheetah getting closer and closer.

"stay behind me Luke" the father whispered

As Luke whimpered and the father shaking out of fear the demon finally made it close enough to slice them into peices.

The fee at her closed his eyes when the demon was about to attack but he heard a cracking noise, something like the sound of an object being freeze. The father opened his eyes to see the sight of a demon, even after being incapacitated, the face of the demon remained terrifying, as the mouth of the demon smiled while being covered in ice, The Father took his son to go to a safer location.

The place looked like an urban warfare, destroyed and burning houses. Every corner of the kingdom you would see soldiers and adventurers desperately fighting off the invasion.

"where are the healers?!"

"what are the mages doing?!"

"there's to many of them!"

As a large group of adventurers was about to fall, small burning holes appeared at the ground, monsters the burned in a golden color suddenly appeared before them killing the bloodthirsty demons.

"the hell?"

"it must be summons! Everyone, we have a chance at winning"

The tables turned towards the adventurers favor and in little to no time at all they succeeded with no casualties in their side. The summons quickly disappeared and to reappear again in another location.

"there's no end to them!" Sarya shouted

The trio fought in some random location, fighting endless hordes of demons, all three of them were strong but they were outnumbered, demons came from all sides, in front their sides and their rears. Eventually the amount of demons coming slowly calmed downed giving them time to break.

"haaa... That's tiresome" Sarya said while she was sweating.

"where's Ferris? Have you guys seen him"

"I think he went that way that's were I last saw him" Kai quickly replied to Sarya.

Sieg stood up again after resting for only a few minutes, he told Sarya that he is ganna go "help" Ferris since he was alone in the battlefield.

"heh.. I think you'll just get in his way, but you can go we'll meet up once it's over" Sarya told Sieg.

Sieg quickly dashed through the direction where Kai pointed at, the direction looked like it was the most concentrated area of the battle, with explosions and light shows.

As Sieg quietly sat in some destroyed wall watching Ferris fight hordes of demons all by himself, he was alone because he ordered his summons to do more important tree ask like rescuing innocent civillians.

(hmm.. He doesn't look to bad, he seemed like a nice person when all of us where talking.)

Sieg heard something from behind him, an ominous presence lurking in the shadows, judging by the heavy stomp and the slight growl it was a demon, Sieg prepared for a quick slide when it got close enough.

Sieg twisted his entire body in a split second when the sight of a 3 meter tall demon was in slicing range but when the dagger he used was about to make full contact with its skin he didn't expect this to happen. Like a dull kitchen knife cutting through heavy duty hide, the attack was ineffective.

It's massive fist knocked Sieg's entire body towards the wooden walls smashing 8 different walls sending him 50 meters away. Ferris quickly noticed it, he sent his only mage angel to go heal Sieg's body as he prepared himself for combat.

The demon had dark grey skin, much like the scales of a fish and the head of a squid something like chutulu except shorter in size. It possessed immense pure physical strength and endurance, maybe even a direct stab to the head won't bring him down, it's hand possessed small dull claws, even if it's dull the insane strength behind it can smash a normal person's skull into to dust.

(this guy, he's no demon I've ever seen)

The tall demon jumped towards him leaving a small crater where it's foot jumped from, it tightly clenched its fist as it closely became close enough to bust the head of Ferris.
