I'm sure but not once did I write a five hundred word essay on a single magic spell, ok ok for real I'm ganna explain magic BUT not everything about it because that's boring to just read information, cuz who even reads the terms and agreement.

Let's say that everywhere in the world there is an invisible magical energy and every living thing including plants has it, or living things stuck into objects, let say similar to the genie in the lamp

Everything depends on your magical affinity, the less affinity the less you can control the invisible energy. Now this energy can be manipulated in any way including vigorously compressing and shaking the air which produces heat then blah blah blah you got yourself a fire ball, or making tiny magic cables then turning your body into pure magical energy and sending it to the cable as if you're information being transported via cable and there we have it! Teleportation.

You can move shit, literally slice stuff in half without touching anything you could basically do anything. Is it overpowered? Yes of course it is overpowered but it all depends whether you have a good affinity or not AND whether you're smart enough to perform complex science stuff. Yes you can make your affinity better by constantly using your magical energy, the more you do it the better you do it next time, however it could result in death if not practiced correctly plus it is really inefficient so that's why elves with longer lifespans tend to be better at magic.

Oh? Did I forget? You could actually make your body stronger hooray! Your fat ass can finally do atleast ten push-ups for once.

OH? did I forget again? These dumb people on the nonstop Levelling Earth actually has a different way of doing magic so everything I said here is unknown knowledge to them... unless... a few individuals on this massive planet knows it.
