Angel Huo

" Who in the name of God gave her alcohol?" Shouted Yawen as he moved forward to give Ying Yue a hand.

" The cute waitress." She replied herself with a giggle.

" Brother Yawen.. I missed youuuuu." She slurred and gave him a hug.

" I know you threatened Beau." She pulled his head down with her arms encircling his neck and whispered in his ear.

" You didn't have to… But…." She gave him a kiss on his cheek. " You are the sweetest." She declared.

The other four guys in the room could feel their threshold of tolerance getting low. She belonged to all of them equally, they could not tolerate her giving this much attention to one person.

Yawen unwrapped her arms with a little laugh.

" Do not try to distract us from the fact that you are drunk." He lightly teased her.

" The cutie said the gentleman asked to send it to me, and thought it was one of you and gulped it down.I did not know it had alcohol. It was sooo smoothhhh. Not my fault."

Her explanation enraged Ming more than the others.

"The hell?!!" He quickly called his head bouncer and demanded an explanation.

"What do you mean you thought it was from me? Is this how you are doing your work? I need to know who delivered her the drink. Bring her to me." He hissed and cut the call.

Jiao Long raised his eyebrows.

"Calm down. Why are you getting worked up?" He asked Ming.

" What if it was that guy and he is purposefully getting her drunk." Asked Ming.

The question made Jiao Long stiffen.

" She is with us." Yawen said which calmed down Jaio Long but Ming was still agitated.

He was angry that this happened in his turf, under his nose. Ying Yue was the one person who other than the four guys in the room who has ever cared about him. He grew up in an orphanage and had to mature pretty quickly. He has always been angry, and had more enemies than friends. He became friends with the others because he had accidentally once saved Ying Yue.

Ying Yue was eight years old when he first met her. He had been fourteen and pissed off at the world before that. But that day had been particularly awful for him. He was thrown out of the orphanage after being falsely accused of theft. As he was walking away from the orphanage, he was beaten up by the group who actually stole the donated check. He was left bleeding on the side walk.

As he was contemplating what he thought was his final day on earth, Ying Yue appeared before him like an angel. She took one look at him, and sat down beside him on that dirty sidewalk, taking hold of his hand. And talked a lot about some chemical equation she had found. He did not know when she had called for help or why she was in that lane in the first place at that time. But he was forever thankful for it. His life had changed that day.

She did not stop just from admitting him to a hospital, she talked her way into letting him stay at their Uncle Yin's house, and he became the bachelor's foster kid eventually. He was put into the same school as the cousins. Uncle Yin gave him a small speech before taking him in, he told Ming that this was as far as they would give him a hand, if he wanted to change his destiny, he had to do the remaining work. He knew that these people who grew up in the lap of luxury could never understand that he had already been given everything he ever dreamed of; A safe place to sleep and a peaceful meal. But he nevertheless did not take it for granted.

He studied like crazy, learned martial arts like a lunatic, so he can never be helpless ever again. And after years of hard work, he is finally the owner of a Michelin star restaurant and now a new club. Through the years, there was one thing that was a constant for him, and that was to protect his Baby Huo. She was his angel, and he needs to protect her at any cost. He could not stomach the fact that she was fooled into getting drunk at his own establishment. It made his blood boil. He would find the person responsible and make him pay.

" I will find the culprit and make him pay." Ming swore as he looked at the intoxicated Ying Yue.
