4. SO WHO'S CHILD AM I?

Zeus' thunderbolts had ceased. He is depressingly enjoying his Panama Hat under a coconut tree while chilling in his cottage in Japan. Mingling with low mortals and watching the sea. What a beautiful sight! No message from the gods, no problem.

Kring.Kring. Zeus' phone rang. Please, don't think thst the god's cant have phones.

"To the Lord Zeus, a great force appeared. It's not from a monster nor a god but from a half-blood."

Half-blood? So, the gods cant keep their fumes low, huh? No matter what kind of rules imposed to avoid the birth of half-bloods, there will always be sperms who cannot contain the urge to unite with the human beings!

The assembly was complete, Poseidon wearing his blue, sea-weed-smelling suit. Hades with nutella on his cheek and Aphrodite, still applying blush powders. Athena, with her spectacle broken and Dionysus with vines tangled on his hair. Based on their appearance, they are expecting to be summoned at such a hurry.

" A certain half-blood had suddenly grown so strong that it triggered the monitor. Origin: unknown. A certain god accidentally caused her heartbreak by which is the cause of her awakening." Hermes stated every word with clarity while scanning the room for Eros.

"Where is he?"

"Have you forgotten? We took his wings." Athena said in utter disappointment.

Eros, on the other hand is uncertain of what to do, hired a cab taking him to the tower. Sure that he was late and he wasn't able to catch the last lift, he took off the stairs.

He reached the assembly. Panting, almost to collapse.

"Goodness gracious. Son, you need where are your lungs?" Aphrodite was shocked to see his son in such a depressingly state.

"You can't just expect me to be poised and glamoured after taking the stairs!"

He sat on the chair next to her mother and Hermes continued his reports and accusing stares at Eros.

"C'mon, you can't blame me! My eyes were still in it's worst condition! Accidents like that were all part of the mission!"

"We're not blaming you, we just Wanted you to know." Hermes said sarcastically.

"Well, we can't just sit here. Why don't we look for her and destroy her!" Ares said between gritted teeth.

"Oh yeah? What if she's you child?"

"Oh, I'm sure I haven't slept with a human for a century!"

"No, you can't do that. It might only lead to rebellion. We can say that we will surely win, we're gods after all. But the catastrophe! My underworld is barely enough for the souls right now. I even have them dig the ground for some space!" "In my knowledge, THAT is an initial reaction of a parent! An apple knows an apple!" Phoebus Apollo, who had never stated a fact plainly, accused Hades.

"Hades, brother. Have you felt disturbamnce in you chest these days?" Asked Zeus.

"Well, I have been suffering from cardiac failures."

"Of course, Persephone gave birth to a child 20 years ago but she died. The feeling just came back. Jusst last night!"

"But she just awakened last night!" Hermes delightedly that he almost shouted.
