Lucia said calmly," Don't get into trouble now. 125 galleons should be enough for your school supplies along with an early birthday present, alright? Spend them wisely... We'll meet at the leaky cauldron in four hours alright? On your way now." She handed them each a bag with an extension charm and strolled away to do shopping of her own.
"I'll see you in a bit Celi," Alex grinned and she nodded back at him and went to different shops. Alex walked around and went to a trunk store for a school trunk.
"Hello dear, Hogwarts?" Walking in a saleswoman asked kindly from a counter. Alex grinned and nodded. "All right let me get a school trunk for you." She started walking into the storage room, but then Alex interrupted her.
"Is it too troublesome to get one with a shrinking charm on it," He asked politely," So that it would be easier to carry around?"
"Sure, but it'll be extra-"
"Can I also get my family crest and motto on it?" interrupting her one more time.
"15 galleons and 12 sickles, you can pick in an hour," She snapped and walked into the storage room without looking back.
*I never met anyone this picky before* she thought in her mind before slamming the door behind her. Smirking, he turned and walked out the door, with a mischievous twinkle in his eyes.
Wasting no time he went to go get his wand. As soon as he walked into Olivander's, he saw three redheads in there. Two of them obviously twins, with the same humorous glint in their eyes. They were around his age and identical down to each freckle.
"Hello dear, we're almost done here," a woman said who was clearly the twins' mother," Molly Weasly, and these are Fred and George." She said pointing to the twin in turn.
"I'm Alexandre Terranova," Alex said proudly.
"Mum! I'm George! He's Fred," One of the twins said pointing to him and his brother.
"Oh sorry, George," she said frustrated at getting mixed up again.
"Only kidding, I am Fred," He and his brother laughed. Alex laughed into too, *looks like I just found my new best friends* Thinking in his head.
Fred walked up to Alex showing him his wand," Already got a wand. George hasn't though."
"Cool, you guys like chaos?" Alex whispered smirking.
"Do we?! We're gonna be great friends aren't we?" George said chiming in.
"I can see it already..." Fred said excitedly. Somewhere in Hogwarts, a woman with green robes shivered as she felt a chill going down her spine.
After the Weasleys left, Olivander faced Alex with his silver eyes. "Ah, yes... Mr. Terranova, I assume," Alex nodded now with a serious face," which arm is your wand arm please hold it out."
Alex raised his right arm and Olivander conjured up a measuring tape and started to measure his body. Disappearing to find a wand he came back with several boxes, opening the first one," Aspen, 10 inches sturdy, unicorn hair." Before Alex could even wave it, Olivander took the wand and gave him another one. "Cypress, 12 inches springy, dragon heartstring of an Antipodean Opaleye." Once again taking it out of his hand once more.
"Dogwood, 13 inches dragon heartstring of a particularly strong Ukranian iron belly, swishy." Alex waved the wand that was given to him and when he did golden sparks ignited from the tip. The wand was light in color, an off white. The wand had a carving of a dragon as the handle and gave a warm feeling in his hand. There were swirls and patterns carved into the wand itself and gave off a whimsical but mysterious feeling. "Oh, wonderful!" After paying for the wand, he left the store to buy his robes. Walking into the store he noticed something out of the corner of his eye. A simple but elegant, wolf pendant hanging on by a thin chain. A small sign in front of it said, " Wolf locket, extension charm to hold small emergency necessities, such as healing potions. 10 galleons."
Striding over the necklace he bought it without hesitation. Celine had always admired wolves, and he wanted to get her a present. Alex then got his robes and other clothing that was needed leaving him with 72 galleons and 2 sickles, when subtracting to the cost of his trunk. Going back to the store he picked up his trunk which had his family crest and motto. The Terranova family crest is a silhouette of a man in burning fire. His family motto was, Bellator, et ambules in infernum, loosely translating to; Warrior, you walk through hell.
