A new chapter of life being for Sophie when she starts her sophomore year of high school.
will she be able to face the obstacles that life throws on her? 
it's a question to which we don't know the answer yet but what we know is that through it all her best friends will stick by her side during the times of hardship.
The story also comes along with a great love cube!
who will Sophie choose among her poker face rival who also happens to be her mentor Kevin, her sweet childhood friend Aaron or her new friend Joshua.

Signs of Youth

A shock goes through Sophie's veins on seeing the same guy from last night standing in front of her as her coach. 


'Oh my god, it's him, what do we do Alicia?' before Alicia could reply Sophie thought of a way to her own question. 


'let us swap jackets, yours is too girly give it to me and you wear mine'


'hey guys,  I am your new coach my name is Kevin.  anything you guys would like to ask me? '


'yeah why is your right cheek so swallown?' asks one of the students and Sophie and Alicia laughs a bit. 


Kevin does not respond to the question but silently stare at Sophie. 


'Do I know you from somewhere? you the girl in pink jacket.' Kevin was pointing at Sophie who was wearing Alicia's jacket. 


'maybe or maybe not.' replied Sophie nonchalantly.


As soon as the class got dismmised both Brian and Peter were confused about what just happened? When Sophie fills them with what happened last night all four of them burst out laughing.


as the school gets over, Peter decides that all four of them should hangout out at the park but Sophie already has some plans which the others don't know about. 


'I have my club 'Guardians of Ace' meeting. so I won't be able to come, but you are all invited to come.' says Sophie. 


'you never go your club meeting why all of sudden?' asked Peter who knew very well how much Sophie hate the club meeting. 


' well my father is retiring as the king, so probably he will announce me as the queen of the club and I know I am young but it may happen.' the reply came as a shock to Alicia, Brian and Peter. 


but Sophie convinces them that it will be okay and somehow also convinces them to join her.


at evening during the club meeting Alestor walks up to the stage for proposing his last toast as a king.


the warm speech of Alestor even moves some people to tears. 


overwhelmed Sophie goes on the stage with a huge smile over her face thinking that she will be the queen of the club. 


'I now present my daughter her mentor... ' before letting her father complete Sophie speaks in the middle. 


'Your mentor, one day you would be the queen of the club but not now as you are a bit less experienced after your mentor thinks that you are ready you will the queen!' 


it was clear from Sophie's reaction that she was disappointed and her friends were giggling but it all stopped when Sophie learned that it is Kevin, her coach plus the guy she slapped,  who is her mentor. 


Dumbstruck Sophie stand in front of Kevin with her mouth open when Kevin moves closer to her and whisper in her ears. 


'Oh well, kamra is a b*tch' retreating himself Kevin laughs while rubbing his right cheek. 


from Kevin's action Sophie realises that Kevin knew it was her who slapped him. 


the next morning at school Sophie now walks hideously to avoid Kevin.


During the break Sophie Alicia and Kate(one of Sophie's classmate) goes to play basketball.


when they walk into the basketball field they realise three guys are already playing there and they are Brian, Peter and the new hot guy Joshua.
