Even If It Takes Forever

*Yawn*

It's only 5:30 in the morning but there were already a lot of people in the station. Probably because it's a weekend and most families opt to travel by train to their hometowns instead of dealing with the heavy traffic above ground.

I stretched my arms and aching back then leaned against the wall with resignation.

I already got used to him being late everytime we decide to meet up in the station. But what I couldn't understand was why he comes late only when we decide to meet in the station but manages to be on time when he picks me up with his car from home.

From the corner of my eye, I saw a girl who was about my age waving at a guy in the escalator. The guy saw her and he rushed his way down to meet her. He was out of breath but he still managed to smile as he apologized to her for being late. She playfully hit him in the shoulder with a giggle.

"Cute."
