Why? Why did he leave me? What is so good about that girl? I was his childhood friend, his best friend, and fiancée, so why does he leave me now? I dedicated everything to him. I’m beautiful and my background compliments his perfectly. But why can’t he see me? Why are his eyes always on her, and not on me? 

He left me; he left me for a strange, unknown girl. But still, I love him. I love him, and I will do anything to get him back.

But I Still Love Him

On the way home, Lena suddenly decided to visit James. She had not seen him since he visited her that one time in the hospital, and she felt like he might be avoiding her.


"He won't be able to avoid me for long!" Lena thought, and a smirk appeared on her face.


Lena arrived at his door and knocked. After a few minutes passed, the butler welcomed her as usual. This time Lena greeted the butler, and tried to walk in, but the butler stopped her.


"James said that he does not want any guests." The butler said without blinking.


Lena got upset when she heard this. How dare the butler stop her. A dark smile appeared on her face.


"Since when have I been a guest here? Did not James tell you that I am allowed to come any time I please?"


The butler responded with a respectful tone, "I apologize, Miss, but that was when you were still his fiancée, and I am sure that he would not like for a random woman to come as she pleases."


Lena became angry. "Random woman? Random woman!? How am I a random woman!? I'm his childhood friend! I am no random woman!"


Lena stomped towards the butler angrily. The butler suddenly turned towards the side, and Lena turned to follow his gaze.


James was walking towards them. James said, "let her come in." The butler bowed respectfully and walked away.


Lens panicked when she saw him. He saw her angry like that. He saw her overreact. He saw her yell. This is bad. Really bad. What will he think of her now!!!?
