Lena was extremely mad at Tina for taking all of James's attention and precious breakfast time that should have belonged to her. She knew that she had to separate the two before they really became friends,
so she said, "Tina, last night you left your car at the bar. Why don't we go over there now?"
Tina smiled at her. "Okay. That's a good idea. I should be getting to work."
Then Tina turned to face James and said, "Bye James. It was a pleasure to meet you."
Lena scowled silently when she heard Tina, But she knew it was the wrong time to say anything. James was blushing!
But that only made Lena's heart hurt more. James never blushed whenever she said anything.
"No. It was my pleasure to meet you, Tina." James smoothly. Tina got up and followed after Lena, and Lena waved to James to say goodbye. Not that he even saw her wave, since his eyes were still transfixed on Tina. But Lena waved anyways, even though she knew it would go unnoticed, because she hoped, although it could not happen, she hoped that he paid her some attention, even for just that one moment.
And so, with Tina in a good mood, and Lena crying sadly inside but still hoping for something, they left, and they left James in the restaurant.
And finally, Lena separated James from Tina.
