Don't fall in love! First rule when you're forced to marry a sinfully tempting CEO.

If I had it my way, I will not get married at all, not within this circumstance. But then, that decision was taken from me and was forced to marry a built, gorgeous, powerful and dominating practical stranger. Lina is a successful international actress and Henry Wu runs one of the world's most successful company. They have no similar interest as far as their jobs are concerned however…

Excerpt:
Lina saw Henry's face turn cold. He hit the table just hard enough to startle her and said. "I'll let you off this time because you don't know me yet. But remember this in the future, future Mrs Wu. Me, marrying you, will not be a marriage on paper only. You are going to be my wife in every sense of the word."

"That doesn't mean you own me." Lina replied

Henry smiled wickedly, "But that's exactly what it is, baby, and I am yours."

Inevitably Bound To Him

"Huh. Cousin, cousin. I was only teasing you. But you know Ah Xing is really close to her and she recently heard that you weren't even dating Lina before you got married. So, I wonder how you actually met. Maybe you can invite me for breakfast and I can to know your wife better."


"Honey? Oh, there you are." Henry turned around and Juen looked around Henry to see Lina walking towards them. She has a thick and long cardigan on, covering most of her nightclothes but its sliding of her shoulder where her sling is. 


She moved into Henry's arms as he walked towards her. She didn't even give Juen a glance.


 "Why did you get up so early, honey? I was lonely when I woke up." she asked in sickeningly sweet tone.


Henry immediately picked up on her behaviour, there's nothing he would love more this morning if Lina really felt that but there's no way she didn't hear the last part of his conversation with Juen. Juen moved closer to them. Henry quickly pulled up the cardigan higher to her injured shoulder to hide her bandage and sling strap before Juen can see it and pulled her closer to his body, embracing her. 


"Sorry, kitten. We had a sudden visitor." 


"Oh sorry, I didn't mean to bother you. But didn't you tell me you will be with me the whole day?" she said with obvious disappointment in her voice, with an exaggerated pout on her lips.


Henry had to work hard not to laugh at her actions. She really is a good actress, even her eyes are cutely sad. But before he could respond, Juen spoke before him, reminding him that he is still in the room.


"Ah, I'm sorry Lina. It's my fault, I just came to check on my cousin not considering the time. I'm Juen, we have not been introduced yet but I was there on your wedding."


"Hello, nice to meet you too." She casually called out, dismissing him very quickly, then turned back to Henry. 


"It's still early, we can sleep some more, can we have breakfast much, MUCH later." She loudly whispered just like a child learning what a whisper really is, emphasizing the she doesn't want to eat yet, making her voice a little husky but making sure that Juen heard every word she said.


"Juen, I have to see to my wife now. I'll see you around." Henry replied immediately after Lina, not bothering to look at Juen at all as he spoke or giving him to respond. He wrapped his arm around Lina's shoulder, and they walked away from Juen. Henry hates that he gets to see Lina like this after bothering his morning with her just after he got her all to himself.


"Mr Juen, this way. Master Henry and Mrs Wu have a busy schedule." They hear Wang Li interrupt, cutting off whatever nonsense Juen wants to say again.


"So, are we heading back up?" Henry asked Lina when they were out of the front room, his voice teasing. A similar teasing smile on his face.


"I'm actually hungry, that's why I woke up." Lina answered, walking to the dining table instead where Butler Li has just finished laying out the food for them.


"Ahh, let's get you some food then." Henry agreed and they got settled to eat.
