Chapter 3

"Bingo!"

A figure of a girl was standing right in front of me smiling while the Undead that nearly killed her and her sister had its hand cut to pieces. No, more specifically she wasn't what she was, her personality changed into someone else that I can highly recognize.

Her personality changed similarly to a man that I know, right now she was not Fumi but rather Rogue my party memeber.

Rogue(Fumi) was holding a knife in his right hand while on his left hand he was holding something metallic with its tip shaped like a 'U' (Its a wrench)

His right arm was covered in blood and body oil from the undead, same goes for his left arm.

"What's the matter Alsyel?" he asked.

"Graaaaggggghhh!!!!" a loud scream came from the undead.

"what! He's still alive? I'm pretty sure I stabbed his vitals a couple of times before the duration ended though" He grunted.

*Given that he just came to this world he would not know that you have to hit the head to kill huh?*

"You gotta crush the forehead or pierce it with something to kill it." I prompted Rogue.

*Thud*Thud*Thud*Thud*

The undead turned towards us and roared, it raised what was left of its arm and ran towards us.

"Tsk tsk tsk to slow"

*Zing*Splat*

A yellow line dashed towards the undead and a sound of a flesh being crushed was heard, I could not really see what happened but from what I could make out of it he used his Flash skill to quickly pierce the undeads head with his knife, decapitating its head along the way.

The undead stopped moving and fell to the ground, due to its size the moment its whole body hit the ground it caused a minor earthquake around the area, the undead was defeated. After a couple of seconds the running footsteps from afar stopped, when I looked at the wave of undeads that was chasing us last time, has now stopped and started scattering around but none of them tried to go to our direction.

"Hey Alsyel what happened to you? It's like you were paralyzed or something.. or maybe you were scared?" He said jokingly.

Truth be told I can't move my body at all, it aches all around, and right now my legs just lost their strength,(Ah they gave out) I slammed to the ground face first and you know what? It hurts!

"Arghh" I groaned in pain.

"Whoa there it seems you really can't move, here let me help you"

Rogue who is in Fumi's body moved towards me and he carried me in his back despite that Fumi had a weak body he was carrying me like it was nothing, maybe he also has the Herculean Strength though my body is screaming pain. As he walked towards the vehicle I remembered something.

"Ah! what about Shizuka!?" I asked.

"You mean the other girl inside? Don't worry I put her to sleep so that she won't notice me " Rogue reassured me.

When I looked inside the vehicle indeed Shizuka was Asleep. She's even Snoring!

Rogue opened the door of the vehicle and dropped me to the seat. literally.

"Ow! that freaking hurts!" I screamed.

Even a small touch to my body, it will scream pain, aif you wanna know how it feels then imagine a great amount of needles being stabbed into you at the same time.

I lied down to rest my body but instead of comfort it was very painful. Rogue moved Shizuka to the other seat right beside the seat where you drive this vehicle.

After moving Shizuka Rogue sat on the driver seat.

"Wait! wait wait wait wait! Do you even know how to drive this Thing!?" I screamed towards Rogue.

We were from the same world and although this 'Car' thing looks like an oddly designed carriage it doesn't have any horse pulling it there's no way that Rogue knew how to drive this Thing.

"Hehehehehe I know the basics based on this girls memories hehehehehahahahaha!!"

He let out a typical laugh of a villian, though it would have been a really creepy laugh if his voice wasn't a voice of a girl. Whenever he talks he doesn't have his old rough low voice but instead he now has a voice of a girl.

I imagined his old body but instead of using his old voice I imagined that he spoke in a girls voice... and its just hilarious!

I mean try to imagine a guy who has a well trained body, six packs, muscles, and has a handsome face talking in a voice of a little girl!

A smile creeped into my face and it seems Rogue noticed me and turned towards me.

"Don't you dear imagine me talking in a girls voice inside my old body" He said (Still in a girls voice)

"Pfft!"

"Oi! you almost laughed didn't you?!" He cried (Still in a girls voice)

He was angry but since he was in Fumi's body he just looked cute instead of being scary That made me want to laugh even more.

"No I pfft wasnt" I said while trying to hold my laughter.

"Why you!" He reached out his hand towards me and pinched my sides, that caused me to feel intense pain.

"Ahhhh!!!! that hurts! stop! ow ow ow ow!! okay I'll stop making fun out of you so please Stop!" my whole body recoiled in pain.

"You better" Rogue turned back and held the circle thingy that was used to control where the vehicle would go. Then he puts his other hand on the lever beside him and stepped on one of the rectangles that were near his feet.

"Lets see it was like this.." he reached the side behind the circle thing and turned something as soon as he did that the vehicle made a sound and vibrated slightly "And this.." he pushed the lever beside him forward "And transfer my foot to this one.."

"Hey do you really kn--!!"

*vrooom*

The vehicle suddenly accelerated forward at an amazing speed surpassing a horse's top speed in a mere second.

"Whoaaa!!!"

Rogue was surprised and in his state he suddenly stepped on another rectangular metal.

Which caused the vehicle to suddenly stop and due to the momentum of the stop, my whole body was thrown forward and I slammed hard on the back side of Shizuka and Rogue's seat and fell to the floor.

"It hurts!" This Idiot is literally gonna kill me.

Shizuka is somehow alright and Rogue is alright, that means I'm the only one who's agonizing isn't it!

I glared at Rogue, but he did not seem to notice as he just went outside picked up shizuka and put her on the driver seat, while he sat on the seat beside her. This sudden behavior is quit eccentric for Rogue what was he doing?

Rogue turned towards me and said "Time is up I need to stay quite for awhile"

After that Rogue closed his eyes and Fumi's body collapsed sleeping.

It seems he has a time limit to when he can control Fumi's body. Was it just Luck that he gained control over Fumi's body when we were in trouble?

"Th@t was n0t mere Luck Alsyel" I voice suddenly interjected.

The world around me turned colorless and everything went silent there is not even a sound of the wind, and the pain around my body suddenly ceased.

I turned towards the seat on where I was just laying down and I saw my Grim Reaper laying down on his side while resting his left cheek in his left hand.

his seriously being very casual isn't he? despite being a Being that Governs the soul of the Dead.

"even if this is another world shouldn't you maintain your dignity as a Grim reaper?" I asked.

"It's a Pain to keep appearances, nobody would see me anyway" he said lazily.

he really went through a big personality change! he was talking self important when we frequently met but this time he was a lazy as a sloth.

"Anyway just as I was saying, it was not Luck that your friend awoke just before they were crushed" He pointed at Fumi's direction and continued "Your friend's own Grim Reaper had to forcibly make the girl fall asleep and had to fast-tune your friends soul with the Girl's soul for him to be able to use the body, since it was a fast-tune it resulted on having both of the girl and your friends memory to mix up, not to mention they can only use their body at a set amount of time."

So it was to keep me from dying and Rogue's host from dying huh?

"yup, and for now, we erased the other memory about all of you being chased by that giant thing, which means only you and your friend Rogue remembers everything" he stopped his sentence and picked his nose and continued.

"So I advice that you start making a lie about what happened" after finishing his sentence he disappeared once again.

The worlds color returned and i started to hear the wind blowing outside once again but at the same time the pain also returned.

I held my breath to prevent me from screaming, cold sweat trickled from my forehead and my vision was waning.

*This is bad my body's reaching its limit at this rate I'll faint*

I tried my best to keep myself from fainting.

My world went black and i fainted...
