Watching Lin fly at her covered in flames she had a lot of thoughts going through her head but the one that scared her the most was the second blade he summoned. "So he doesn't just have one sword but two...Great." Frustration filled her voice as sarcasm ringed true as well. "Dealing with one was already difficult enough so how can I deal with two." Her defense only covered with one area so she had have to figure out how to stop the second one and she was completely lost on how to do such a thing.
"His fire doesn't help much either....Maybe it wasn't such a good idea to piss him off?" Slightly regretting her decision she felt the air around her turn hotter as he got closer. With no time to think of anything she decided to choose a blade to pay the most of her attention on and defend against, while Lightning started sparking to life in her body coiling up towards her hands as she stomped on the ground readying herself before he barreled straight into her. Watching the right sword go towards her, she shoved her defense towards the right side of her chest while she stepped to the side trying to dodge the left sword.
"Ahhh."
But both those things didn't matter as she felt fire run up her skin leaving marks behind it as two cuts surfaced on her body and clothes well pain surged but she kept calm besides the slight outburst. Ignoring all that she finally had a chance to counter attack and she wasn't going to waste it. Reaching out with her left arm she punched towards his chest hoping to do anything but just barely missed as he disappeared appeared from her vision before two more slashs crept along her back as he appeared behind her preparing to shove his blades straight through her body with no mercy. To him this was no longer a competition, It was a fight to the Death and if she thought he'd fight the same as before she was out of her mind. "The games are over Tearia. So now lets see how you handle it." Stabbing forward, he aimed for her throat and center chest with his two swords.
Quickly turning around she spun on her heels as she was faced with two silver flashes of terror coming right for her. "Fuck." Shouting that in her head she knew she didn't have time to dodge them completely. Her only option was redirecting the blades focus point. Half stepping to the side she angled her body so nothing important was in the way and thankfully that managed to let her dodge one as the other dug into the side of her stomach as she felt blood welling up in her mouth before dripping out. "Bleh...That.." Unable to finish that thought she felt the blade twist in her stomach as fire spread up it causing her to scream out one of the loudest voices she had ever done as pain racked her whole stomach while it burned.
"Such a lovely voice."
Hearing her desperate scream a part of Lin felt greatly satisfied seeing her face twist in pain with each passing second. "Now this is fun." Thinking that he ignored all the stares that inevitably focused on their arena after hearing that as he continued. In the back of his head he knew killing wasn't allowed and while that wouldn't stop him from doing it a part of him wanted to continue this. For a brief moment in his life he was allowed to lose control and do what he wanted. It was slightly addicting if not anything else and he enjoyed that rush greatly.
To him it felt like he was free and allowed to live for once.
Continuing to inject flames into his sword to her body he got lost in the feeling as Tearia slowly got used to the pain she was feeling. Bleeding with her whole body on fire she constantly tried to keep it all at bay as she stopped generating Lightning and in return generated more colder Astral Energy to keep her body a little more safe but it didn't help much without the Ice Element. Watching the blood seep out of her she watched as Lin smiled at the situation as he got lost in a daze. "Now's my..chance...if I can even move." Slowly she brought her right hand up to the blade in her stomach as she moved her Defensive Square towards it as well to try and help.
Thankfully within a minute she finally managed to get close enough to grab the blade regardless of the pain she felt as she grabbed onto the blade hard and tried to stop it from moving. Yet stopping it wasn't an easy process with Lin's strength so she needed to bring her defense towards it to help. After that she managed to block it from moving finally as a sigh of relief escaped her lips while sweat continuously dripped down from all over her body. She was probably red like a tomato at this point but she couldn't be bothered with appearances at the moment as she slowly backed herself off the blade trying to create distance.
Unfortunately with such obvious movement Lin broke out of his daze to see her escaping from his grasp. "Do you really think I'll let you escape? You'll pay." Pushing harder he repositioned his other blade to aim for her shoulder but missed as she actually managed to break out of his sword in time. "Dammit, slippery one." Looking at the blood covering his blade he felt a destructive tick in his brain as he quickly stopped to wipe it off. "No imperfections." Making sure the rest of him was clean and perfect he faced up to see Tearia a few meters away holding her stomach as it slowly began to heal and smiled.
"Quite an impressive healing speed you have. I'll enjoy abusing that."
"Bastard."
"Oh? so now you're barking? Did that blade manage to finally wake you up or are you really such a coward to try and beg? Either way is fine really."
"Beg to you? Laughable coming from someone who's so full of themselves and blind to the world around them."
Squeezing that out Tearia was starting to get mad but there was nothing she could. Like Lin said she was nothing but talk at this point unless she figured something out but she was too tired from before and now this fighting was getting harder for her to do. Hell even just standing took a lot of energy for her at this point but she didn't want to give up. "I can't give up again, especially against someone like this." Gritting her teeth she frantically tried to think of something before it was too late.
