A Little Show

With each pass second a small storm started forming above the arena slowly growing bigger while Eli felt his breathing stabilize as he started to calm down. "I didn't do anything..." Wanting to slap himself he felt so many mixed emotions in that moment he almost didn't know what to do. However he stopped himself from getting lost as again as he felt his wife firmly grab onto his hand anchoring him down.

"Mel...."

"Eli..."

Calling each other's names Eli took a deep breath as he focused on Tearia in the center completely as he watched her struggle to breath. With his anger rising he was ready to destroy this entire place if need be but first he had to get Mel to take care of something for him.

"Mind taking care of the girl for me?"

"No problem, Try not to go overboard okay? I'll need some time to spare."

"Don't worry, Putting on performances is one of my specialties."

Rolling her eyes at Eli she kissed his cheek before letting go off his hand and sneaking off by herself. Watching her back as she walked off Eli made sure he was mentally ready as he cracked his knuckles before beginning to walk forward. "It's been a long time so I might be a little rusty but this should be fun at the very least." Apologizing to Tearia as well for not helping before he silently made it to the bottom of the steps while no one paid attention to him. Reaching the ground he made sure no one was around him as he looked up at all the big shots here along with the crowd as he muttered a single word.

"Silence."

Combining some of Astral Energy along with that he forcefully shut everyone up and stopped them from moving as he stood there.

*Rumble*

Amidst the silence that overcame them a loud rumble from the sky broke them out of their daze as a sudden storm cloud had formed above them. "Who was that." Stopping all the Clan leaders had the same thing in mind as they scanned the skies looking for anything. But no matter where they looked no one was there. "Who could do this." Sitting there Delfex was the strongest out of everyone there but even he was struggling to find anything. "Or more importantly are they friend or foe." Either way he put himself on high alert as he forgot about Hazel's revenge for now. This was a lot more important than that at the moment.

"I'm down here."

Seeing no one paid attention to him he snickered inside as he released another voice that grabbed all their attention. Now with all eyes on him he smiled gently as no Astral Energy was being emitted from his body. "Time to stall." He was almost positive they thought he wasn't the person who talked and he was completely correct. When all their eyes landed on his body they immediately dismissed any threat from him. He simply didn't have any Astral Energy in him that they could sense. He was just a normal old man to everyone except Delfex. "He seems familiar somehow...." He felt like he had met him somewhere before but he couldn't remember where, which led to him refusing to dismiss him as he talked to him.

"Who are you."

"""Delfex?"""

Hearing Delxfex address the man all the Clan Leaders had thought he had gone crazy for a second but he quickly shut them up. Now wasn't the time for anyone of them to be fighting amongst each other and from Delfex's view he could still see Hazel hadn't moved an inch yet, so something was wrong. "He doesn't seem like a friend." Yet that was only a hunch and with the giant storm that was currently still growing above the sky he could only hope he wasn't an enemy.

"Hmmm, who am I? I'm just a harmless old man that's all."

"Pft, speak the truth.. What are you actually doing here and what do you want?"

"True...but I wasn't exactly lying you know? I'm a harmless old man who just wants to help his Granddaughter."

"Granddaughter?"

Confusion filled Delfex's mind as he tried to figure out what he meant by that before he caught something in the corner of his eye. A lone girl being strangled by Hazel still frozen. "No way..." Coming to a horrifying conclusion a shudder ran through his body as he signaled all the remaining Clan Leaders around them that the man in front of them wasn't friendly. "What the hell is even happening." Feeling some sweat begin to drip from his forehead he watched as the old man pointed a finger at the girl Hazel was holding as another rumble of thunder was released from the sky.

"Her of course. Maybe I should let the woman talk and see if she'll be kind enough to let her go?"

Turning Eli faced Delfix directly as he watched Mel silently sneak up behind a girl and smiled.

"....Hazel."

To Eli this mostly a game and he enjoyed every second of it. It let him release the anger and shame he felt at himself as well as these people. Gaining extra time to help Mel was just a bonus and it even seems they forgot about him but that wasn't too surprising. It had been almost 10 years since he first visited them and he had changed quite a bit since then. Releasing his grasp on Hazel he let her talk.

"So this is Granddaughter eh, Bastard."

She had been aware the whole time but no matter what she did she couldn't struggle free even now. A part of her was terrified of the strength he was showing but she wasn't to worried about it will all the other Clan Leaders surrounding her. "He might be strong enough to stop me but can he stop all of us?" Thinking that she didn't hold back her words. She wanted Tearia dead and she wouldn't stop for anything just to make it happen. "Hazel stop..." Hearing a voice in her head directed towards her from Delfex she ignored it as she continued talking.

"If you want to help her so badly why are you just standing there? Please show me you can stop me or I'll just kill her right here and now in front of your face. That does sound like a nice idea, doesn't it?"

"Great, she's stuck in her own world again..." Sighing he listened on as Hazel dug deeper into one of her bad habits again. "So much for trying not to fight." Looking up at the storm he watched as a lightning bolt came down with the echo of the old man's voice in the distance.

"Try It."
