Silence

"ELI!" "TEARIA!" "LIN!"

Sitting on their seats Eli sat there frozen in place along with his wife unable to move. One of their worst nightmares was coming to life before their very eyes. "Not again...please." However they both couldn't do anything as they sat there like statues as they watched on. "Move dammit." Looking down Hazel watched as one of her best students was stuck in a hopeless situation and panicked. "I wanted the girl dead, not you as well." Meanwhile one girl felt tears well up in her eyes as she sat there unable to do anything to help. "This isn't your fault." That was all the woman could say as she watched on. Amongst all that chaos voices screamed out names as the matches around them finished or not turned their focus on them along with everyone else. The Whole arena was quickly being filled with Lightning as it snaked around growing bigger.

Throwing his robe off to the side he finally got that mental barrier gone as he turned back to face Tearia. Looking at her face as it filled with tears he was about to open his mouth before he felt something sting his hand. Looking down at the sword his hand was holding he watched as lightning surged along it digging into his skin as confusion filled his mind before he looked up to see a mini storm of lightning beginning. "What the..." Trying to get rid of it he tried overpowering it with his Fire Energy to no avail as he felt more zaps hitting him that were slowly getting worse. "She's crazy." At first he wondered what was happening but now with some time passing he finally figured it out as a deep sense of panic became rooted into his core while he tried to let go. "She's trying to kill us both, Lunatic." He tried to pull his sword out but even that failed

Giving that idea up he let go of his sword right as he felt something clamp onto his arm refusing to let go. Looking down he saw Tearia's blood filled hand latch onto his arm with an iron death grip that refused to budge even when he used all the power he could muster. "Such strength." Feeling more pain as Lightning Energy started traveling through his body he noticed the blood start to get on his hand but couldn't even do anything as a small tick in his brain constantly went off pounding against his skull to do something, however the fear of death pounded a lot stronger as a headache ran rampage in his head while he tried to escape.

"Let go of me you crazy bitch. Die by yourself."

Hearing his words a light calm smile slipped through her tears and the blasts of lighting while she spoke a few words.

"Bitch? I'D agree with you, I am one, Crazy? I'd like to think I'm also crazy in love as well, but dying by myself without taking you down with me? Now that is something I won't let happen. You brought this upon yourself."

"You really are crazy."

Barely understanding a word she said he gave up trying to understand Tearia's words well he used his other hand to pull her off yet even that failed to work. "Fine I'll just snap your arm off." Ignoring her death like grip he pounded his fist into her arm as a soft cracking noise went unheard by both of them as the Lightning storm got bigger. "Fuck..." With her still not letting go he tried again and again but nothing helped him escape his situation. "Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck." With desperate struggles he tried anything he could but it was too late. Lightning had already begun to fill his vision as pain racked his body. "Someone weaker than me is seriously going to kill me." That one thought floated through his mind as a strange sense of freedom filled his body as he slowly gave up. "Why am I so afraid anyway? Thinking that, one last surge of lightning happened as his vision went dark while a smile floated to his face.

"Why smile?" Seeing him smile so calmly through her storm that question came to mind to Tearia before quickly disappearing. "I guess this is it for me, It might not mean much but I'm sorry Xilo." Slowly and gently lifting up her hand she grabbed the Ribbon from her hair that managed to stay intact through this whole thing as she clutched it in her hand. "Maybe in another life." With that she felt her conscious fading as an immense pressure overwhelmed her while she barely stayed awake.

"I think that's enough of this little show."

As a booming voice broke through the crowd of voices as two presences appeared on the center of the stage while time itself seemed to stop around them.

"So Hazel you finally decided to move as well it seems."

"I can't just let my student die after all. I hope you can understand Delfex."

"Of Course."

Not even bothering to address him by his formal title of Belturn's Clan Leader Hazel sighed as she looked up at the slightly older looking man who stood in front of her. His hair was turning white at this stage in his life but other than that he still looked to in his forties at best. "Still the same as ever." Sighing she felt her heart skip a beat for a second before she ignored it and went to grab Lin and Tearia amongst all the chaos. "That isn't me anymore." Walking up to Lin she made sure he was alive as she turned to Tearia and slowly walked up to her and grabbed her neck.

"So you're still conscious. Unlucky for you."

"Hazel, I can understand trying to save your student but what do you think you're doing now."

"Cleaning up the trash of course."

"What's that supposed to mean."

"This bitch nearly killed one of my top students, do you really think I'll just let that go? You know me better than that."

Scoffing she turned back to tearia as his sigh entered her ears. Ignoring the pain in her chest she felt she watched as tearia kept her eyes open listlessly and stared at her.

"Trust me I know but I'm still going to have to stop you."

"Pft. Like you can actually do that."

"....."

If it was an actual fight she would lose without a doubt but if it was just killing some pathetic weakling then no one here could stop her from doing that, not even Delfex. Watching that scene Delfex was tempted to let Hazel have her way but with so many eyes watching them he couldn't just let her do such a thing in public and with the whispers and talking he was hearing people were starting to understand what was about to happen.

"Hazel!"

Not even bothering to reply to him she kept her focus on Tearia as she licked her lips with a smile.

"Hello Dearie."

"...Who?"

Barely in the right sense of mind Tearia couldn't even breathe properly as her neck got squeezed tighter while she stared into the eyes of a woman she didn't recognize but a part of her knew she was in danger.

"Awww, do you not know who I am? That brings a tear to my eye. It really does."

"..W..hat?"

"Still nothing eh? Well-"

"Hazel Stop!"

Feeling a presence sneak up behind her she kicked him away as she created distance while some of her Clansmen came to protect her.

"Shut up Delfex."

Holding his stomach after such a sudden blow he looked up to see himself surrounded. "She really wants her dead but why." Sighing he didn't know what to do as more and more chatter was being heard. "Fuck." His Clan's public image was slowly being torn apart and while it might not be a big deal usually, it was now. With a such a big event they were holding along with the state of decline their Clan was in at the moment they couldn't deal with any negative backlash but stopping hazel also wasn't possible. "Fine, if you want to play this way, We'll play this way." SIgnaling the Satul and Reldir clans to help he tried to get their assistance but he only got a response from Satul. "What?" Confusion filled his mind as he looked to see Satul starting to move before being blocked by Reldir. "God dammit." Seeing their stalemate in the air he knew something had happened to make Reldir side with Hazel. "What did Hazel do? or maybe the better question is what did the girl do." Staring at the girl Hazel was holding lots of questions appeared in his mind but he didn't have answers.

"Sorry about that, now back to more important things like you understanding who I am."

"....."

Scratching her nail into Tearia's face she choked her harder for a quick second to keep her from falling unconscious as Hazel stayed all smiles.

"Maybe you'd get an idea of who I am if I mention the man you killed along with your little boyfriend back in the Selturn Zone?"

Barely listening to the words entering her head Tearia tried to concentrate as she felt her neck starting to crack. "Man I killed?" Thinking back she tried to remember what this woman was even talking about until it came to her. "Oh....that man, so this was his employer?" With the way she was acting that was the only conclusion Tearia could come to but it wasn't like it mattered. Either way this woman obviously wanted her dead.

"Did that ring any bells? Well maybe the Feltin Clan name will?"

"Ohh.."

"No wonder..." Finally gaining a little more sense than before she recognized this feeling of a burning stare and with Feltin being mentioned she slowly pieced it together more.

"Ahhhh so you do have a brain after all, That's good."

"What do you want."

"Oh maybe I spoke too soon? What do I want, you ask? Isn't that obvious? To kill you of course."

Tilting her head like a cute clueless young girl Hazel showed a beautiful smile full of cheer as she said those words.

"Revenge is much sweeter when you know who it's coming from after all. So do me a favour. Die."

Blankly saying that she brought her hand up to Tearia's neck and crushed harder then before causing Tearia to suffocate. Meanwhile everyone in the audience and Arena watched on in slight horror or anger with each passing second until one quiet voice broke through thousands of people speaking. Void of Emotion, thousands of bodies shivered while all noise vanished alongside it. Freezing with her hand inches from slicing Tearia in two Hazel couldn't move anymore as one word broke through her world.

"Silence."
