The First Step

With the sun coming up Tearia had made some more progress as her energy continued to be drained. "Another." Adding something else into the pot she started the first big step. "Mixing." If she didn't make them blend together properly then it was over. She would have to do this two more times throughout the entire process but the first one was always the most uncertain for her. This moment would determine the entire flow for the rest of it. Exhaling, Tearia gently gathered up some Astral Energy in her fingertips as she put her hand around the pot.

"It looks like a cooking disaster."

There were so many different coloured liquids all separated by thin walls of metal that it looked more colourful and vibrant then a rainbow. She needed to remove each steel wall one at a time and blend two things together before moving on to the next. The more she put together the more difficult it would get but it was a lot better then doing it all at once. "Maybe when I get better." This was basically the long and easy way to go about it however that's what she needed. Removing one wall she watched as a red liquid collided with a green one and started to fuse naturally.

"This one just needs a little push."

Gently pushing them together she made sure she kept her energy stable as the two combined into one. "Simple enough." Removing another wall she let another liquid spill into the mix as she controlled it. Feeling the sparks it was creating she tried to settle it down as she let it get overpowered by the two. "Another done." Like that she continued to repeat the process as she removed more walls letting everything combine while holding it together. Each one added more pressure onto her but she was handling it fairly well.

"Only a couple more...the real kickers."

With over an hour passing Tearia had managed to combine eleven different liquids and only had three more left to go. She knew the last three would be the hardest so she readied herself as sweat dripped down her face slightly. Constantly concentrating such small amounts of energy was already getting to her. "How much longer can I keep this up?" Taking a guess from how she felt Tearia assumed she probably could keep this up for another half an hour at best. "Hopefully I can get these three done within that time." Once she did she could relax a little bit again.

"Alright, let's begin. Grandmother, wish me luck."

Removing one more metal wall she watched as a blue liquid collided with her mess with aggression. It was overpowered instantly by her group but that wasn't what she wanted. If she let it keep it up it would be destroyed. Trying to halt their little fight she settled down her liquid as she sent small gentle waves of energy into it while slightly increasing the blue liquid's power. Waiting for them to equal out Tearia slowly let the blue liquid free as it began to mix in. Feeling the destructive impulse from it she calmed it down as the two of them slowly started to mix like she wanted to.

With a couple minutes passing by eventually she managed to smash them together with only two more left to go but her energy was draining. "Grandmother made it look so easy." This was a lot harder than she had initially thought but there was no turning back now. "I still have to do this process two more times later as well." Removing another wall she let a yellow liquid from a plant she melted earlier seep in as she faced the same problem as before. Repeating the process she felt her breathing grow quicker as the energy combined.

More time passed as they combined leaving Tearia with one last one for now. "I got this." She had managed to do two hard ones already and was left with one last liquid. Making sure all the medicine was equal and calm she removed that last wall as red liquid seeped once more into it. Feeling a small spark run up her arm on contact Tearia released a small groan of surprise. "It attacked me?" Feeling a constant ache she didn't think it would fight back against her. "I thought this usually happens later." Struggling she used some energy to protect herself as she tried to stop it from overpowering everything.

Retracting her hand slightly she was afraid it would attack her again as she constantly pumped energy into it that was stronger than before. "Can only last a couple more minutes." Feeling it fight back against her more she was prepared this time as she crushed it swiftly and let the red liquid jump in while it was weakened. "hurry." This was the best time for them to combine and probably her only chance left. Now she just had to hope they safely combined with each other.

"Haaa....Hoooo."

With a minute passing she watched as they swirled around together before ending up as one giant pool of green liquid.

"This part is..finally done.

Now she could finally take a small break and regain some energy before she had to try it again. "Two more times." Running past another town Xilo and his group had run throughout the night and were heading to the next landmark when they noticed something. "hmm?" Slowing down slightly Xilo looked at his surroundings as he sprinted trying to feel it again. "Was that a person?" He wasn't too sure though so he kept running. They had run across a lot of people and beasts on their way so it was probably nothing to mind. Picking up his pace again he ignored it as he started to run once more.

"What's the matter Xilo?

"Eh I thought I felt something but it's just another person, no big deal. Let's keep it up we need to be there by sunset."
