Arriving.

Steadying her breathing Tearia felt her head pounding as she tried to sit up a bit.

"Are you alright? You seemed a bit distressed when you were sleeping, calling out a bunch of people's names and then shouting mine."

"..Yeah, I'm fine, just a nightmare that's all."

The gravestones she saw kept flickering back and forth in her mind even as she felt her body calming down. The image of all those named etcheed itself deep into her heart, stopping itself from ever being forgotten. Each name she saw on that stone hurt more than the last, though for some reason she couldn't recall seeing Xilo's name on those stones. "Weird..." Maybe she just couldn't see it before that figure appeared behind her. "I wonder who that was." That thing definitely looked human but it was covered in shadows stopping her from seeing anything else.

"It sneered at me..."

Before she woke up in a freight she had heard it laughing at her from what it sounded like. It was like that creature was happy that she saw those gravestones. "Was that what I was looking for?" Staring down at her hands they were still shaking slightly. "Just a bad dream." Trying to tell herself that she did her best to ignore the vividness of it all. With Tearia awake now Xilo finally felt some relief as he made sure she was okay. He didn't expect her to wake up like that but if it was just a nightmare then that was fine.

"If it's a nightmare, try not to let it get to you too much. Just your mind messing with you, I did want to ask how you were feeling though. You've been asleep for quite a few days now after passing out and this time I don't want just any old answer I want the truth. You've already passed out once because you didn't care about yourself, I don't want to see a second time. So let's hear it."

With a bit of a cold tone Xilo emphasized the end of his sentence as he gazed at Tearia. Flinching, Tearia knew she had messed up quite big this time around as she felt her body. Her senses we're still a little dull after waking up however she still could feel a headache hammering away at her thoughts. Along with extremely stiff muscles that refused to make any big movements. Combine that all with being dizzy and you had one rough situation. Her body really hated her at the moment and she couldn't blame it.

"I'm not in the best of shape, headache, sore and feeling a bit sick. From what I can tell right now, that's all I feel wrong with me and it's the truth."

She could feel her face turning into a frown as she sulked, that quickly faded though as she felt her body get grabbed and pulled in. Unable to process what happened quick enough she felt her body get wrapped in a blanket of warmth and comfort. Gripping that blanket tightly she was a bit afraid to rip Xilo's shirt with her nails with how hard she was currently digging into his skin. He didn't seem to mind though as hugged her tightly. Pressing her body against his he leaned down and whispered in her ear.

"Glad you're awake again."

"...Yeah."

He knew she wasn't exactly back to full health but those were pretty easily fixed with a bit of time. He ignored the little voice telling him he was overreacting as a few minutes passed before he let her go. Taking some time to explain to her what happened when she was asleep he debated waking up the other girls while explaining. Once he was done, he decided against it in favour that she probably get a little extra sleep without being overwhelmed. The last thing he needed right now was for her condition to get worse again and now that she had woken up the girls could talk to her later on after they had slept.

"It's good everything got finished and we were able to help. I was really worried I wouldn't be able to finish it before I passed out."

"Then you should have taken a rest...haaa...Well we still got two days until we arrive so why not get some sleep again?"

She would have agreed with Xilo if it wasn't for that nightmare stopping her, with a bit of hesitation she shook her head as she leaned her body against Xilo. Like that she looked up at him alluringly. Pressing her lips out slightly she pouted a bit as she practically begged him to let her stay awake for a bit longer. A part of her wanted to enjoy the time together and the other part didn't want to potentially have that nightmare again. Faced with such a sudden assault Xilo could only give up as he leaned down and kissed her on the lips.

"Fine, fine. Just for a bit though, got it? Anymore and you're pushing it."

With a small giggle Tearia closed her eyes as she snuggled up in his arms.

"Thanks."

"No problem."

Like that they passed time until their little group arrived at the Capital. Telan was pacing back and forth in the place they were staying practically pulling his hair out. "Where did Aeon go?" It took almost everything he had to get Aeon to even come anywhere near this place and now he had disappeared to who knows where. They had things to do and if Aeon caused any delays then they would be in trouble. "I told him this was important." This was definitely not like the Aeon he knew.

"You better show up on time or else."

He didn't have much more time to wait around for Aeon anymore as he gave up pacing and left the Inn.

"Seriously, you're suppose to be my partner and yet your goofing off all on your own somewhere without telling me."
